Highly recommend this place to stay for peace and quiet.. the owner is very nice and helpful.. location just 7min drive from Villasimius.. one big important info, if google maps try to pass you from Via dello stadio avoid it because its a dirt road and get very bad at the end.. Im going to put a picture of the street mentioned.. enjoy your stay ☺️

We went during low season and the price per person per room was really good considering the location. The staff was kind and helpful. The water is not drinkable but gets well hot for a nice shower.

A few things can be improved such as: Bigger shower. A not slim person might have difficulties in entering and using the small shower. The soap dispenser could be with liquid soap and not foam. The same foam system is used for the shower gel and there’s no shampoo. I think these are basic goods to provide for a hotel and if not at least communicate it so that we can bring our own. The third bed (even I was by myself in the room) was very old and completely broken. Surely would have not be nice to sleep on it. There is no coffee machine in the room but just a basic kettle. Would be good to have blackout curtains and that cover both window and door so that the guest could have a long sleep.

Close to a beautiful beach - our favorite in Villasimius. Room was clean, bed was comfy. The hostess was friendly, helpful with recommendations, and responded quickly to a minor maintenance issue.

We didn’t realize that the water was not drinkable until we got there. Also, the TV didn’t work because the satellite wasn’t hooked up. The hotel is in a dead area for cell reception, although the wifi worked well, and if we drove up to the highway we could connect as well.

The staff was very helpful and help us with all our requirements. This was very nice.

I always wish to drink a coffe as soon as I wake up, this time I only found thea... Apart of this, everything was good

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The location is great, very close to the main village but still in a very quite and charming area.

The check in is a bit too late.

Location was great. You will need a car to get to this hotel though.

Breakfast was good and location is close to a wonderful beach.

We were able to get an early check in without any problem. free parking on site and very friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom.

The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on. there is a sign not to drink the tap water but no water bottles were offered or not event for sale in the minibar. the location of the hotel is about 5 minutes drive off the centre, the hotel is on a gravel road which can be a bit of a challenge to reach. No shampoo or conditioner provided.

There is a beautiful beach nearby - it would be great to have a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach

The bathroom is obsolete and overall I don't think the what we paid was good value for money
