The hotel is located in an excellent location—on one hand, it is far and quiet, and on the other hand, it is just a 2-minute drive from Terme dei Papi and 7 minutes from the city center of Viterbo. The staff is wonderful and helpful, starting with Aurelia at the reception who does everything to answer and assist, continuing with Roberta who is responsible for the dining room in the morning and takes care of every need, and finally, Sofia at the restaurant in the evening who ensures we feel like royalty at dinner. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, and everything is in good taste. Most importantly, the place is quiet and peaceful, allowing one to simply be there and forget about the daily hustle and bustle. I have no doubt that we will return.

Everything is great, much better to have a car

The suite was excellent, very clean, large with a view to the main garden. The staff changed our towels daily and prepared a full breakfast buffet for all tastes. The location is also excellent as it's close to the Terme dei Papi (the hotel also offers a ferry service to and from the springs) and also very close to Viterbo. We used it as a base to explore the region for which it was perfectly located. We would definitely book again.

A wonderful oasis with excellent facilities , restaurant staff were very pleaseant & food was prepared to a very high standard . They offer a shuttle service to ferry guests to & from the nearby thermal baths , which is something you must experience. There is free bicycle hire to explore the purpose made cycle trail

everything in this hotel was prefect, the staff here, the size of the room was so big enough for 3 of us, my children cycling nearby the hotel , making our stay so comfortable & enjoyable, especially we like the breakfast , can having a breakfast beside the greenery grass , so enjoyable, recommended

The property was clean, relaxing and welcoming. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We got in late from a full day in Rome and they were able to squeeze my husband and I in for massage treatments and dinner. Lovely place, nice and quiet.

We booked here to use the thermal pools and found out they were closed so we were disappointed about that.

The location ( must have a car ) Great staff from the ladies in front desk to the the people at the restaurant and the lady of house keeping always willing to help It’s a 10 min drive from Viterbo old town must have a car

The breakfast could have a few other options

Lovely spa hotel - our room was big and comfortable, we loved the courtyard. Unfortunately the weather was not brilliant so did not manage to swim in the pool which looked great but visited the Therme pool accessible by the hotel's transport. Really good breakfast with everything you could want.

Wifi could have been better.

Beautiful place. Staff at pool and restaurant were very nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Wine list was good. I liked having a patio off the room. I loved the birds - swallow or swift kite birds - that lived on the property.

The thermostat for the AC unit in the room was set at a temperature that was too warm for us. We tried, but were unable to lower the temperature.

Wonderful resort with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. Lovely peaceful countryside location a short drive from Viterbo.

The rooms had no coffee or tea facilities and they closed the pool for Autumn/ winter the day we arrived.
