Great location close to famous Waikiki beach. The tea and coffee table in hotel lobby is great to start your day. Also the hotel staff is nice and try to help. Because of our evening flight, we asked to leave our luggage at reception during the day and it was not a problem. However we couldn't take a shower in the hotel in the evening, they provided us towels so we could take a shower on the beach.

Be prepared to higher noise from the street and surrounding areas.

My room was clean but no 'regular' tv channels such as ABC, Fox, ESPN, CBS, etc. I was -am thankful for free Oahu newspaper and coffee In Stay hotels lobby. However, the parking lot was full. I have disabled placard due to my stroke in 2014. The Stay hotel in my opinion violated ADA act as I required disabled parking.

super location. 1 min. to the beach. 2 min. to bus station. Just jump in to the shorts and go to the beach. Lovely bar inside.

Outside could be bench, but it’s not a must.

very good location, 2 min walk away from the beach. the price very affordable and competitive with another hotels in the same area! if you’re planning your vacation for being stay out of the room all day.. this is definitely your choice.

Excellent place, a block from the beach! Free tea and newspaper every morning and free chairs and beach stuff all day. At night they have a karaoke bar right in the lobby. (can be slightly chaotic and noisy). Nearby food, shopping, restaurants and activities.

Nothing major - the sound on TV had some issues, but to be honest you don’t go to Hawaii to watch TV so it was a non-factor for me.

i love staying at this hotel above the karaoke bar. karaoke is very fun there! great drinks, great people. staff is super nice too. free coffee/tea in the lobby. yes you can faintly hear people singing from 7pm-2am but I didn’t mind. I’m a heavy sleeper

I like the staff from housekeeping, engineer, especially the front seat staff. They were very helpful, accommodating and friendly! I will definitely come back.

The only thing is that air conditioning need to be upgraded. But it’s doable. I prefer my room on a cooler side.

No parking space Wasnt allowed to store my suitcase in the hotel while visiting another islands, but coming back to Oahu for the same hotel

The location is top, 1 block away from Waikiki beach. The staff is friendly. We had our 9yo son with us, he slept on the sofa. We could borrow beach stuff from the hotel (surf boards, beach boards, and a beach towel for each one), and we could keep it for the day after the checkout too. the Garage is below the hotel, not sure about the cost, but around $30 per night.
