Very close to Hollywood walk of fame. Very modern hotel with great facilities. Nice modern rooms with comfy beds Very friendly staff. Walking distance to metro. Rooftop bar is stunning.

Rooms a little cramped. Be aware there is a $150 per night deposit that needs to be put on hold on arrival. Make sure you have sufficient funds for this as it take 3-5 days to be refunded.

Great location, the staff are lovely and very helpful. Good vibes through the whole building. The room service is great. Loved the rooftop and staff there! It was a beautiful stay.

Location wise it is perfect with easy access to everything and the ability to walk to Hollywood Boulevard. It is a new property and the roof top area is spectacular. I did have some problems with my booking and to the credit of the night manager he fixed the problem and hotel managers followed through and made sure it was fixed and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

There is nothing like being told that you are being upgraded and knowing that you are being spun a line. The person who checked me in tried to spin a situation when in reality they should have just been honest. It was fixed the next day and if the night manager had not acted the way he did and fixed the problem they would be getting a zero rating. The rooms are also small, depending on what one you book, really small.

Hotel was trendier than I anticipated. We could walk to some nice dinner spots and easily rideshare to the Greek Theatre. The bedding was very comfortable. Room offered a robe, which is a nice touch.

They had a private event scheduled on the pool deck for the evening. They kicked us out to begin setting up at around 2pm. They did offer us one drink voucher to compensate us but if I had booked my stay based on their being a pool, I would have been very upset and demanded a credit.

the location is great, the staff are courteous, facilities are clean and the prices seem reasonable.

The rooms seem small but the bathroom was huge, mY e I just don’t understand that concept. Also, I could never get the shower to run smoothly and no one in my family was able to figure out how to regulate the cold/hot water.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The tv was nice. The bathroom was luxurious and very clean. I liked the espresso machine in the room and the Illy coffee pods. The rooftop pool was nice too.

I was too tired to use my 15 dollar food or drink credit on the day I arrived and they didn't honor it on the day I was checking out. Reception staff could be more attentive and welcoming.

Location and amenities were great. Walking distance to West Hollywood popular places. With my booking level, hotel offered complimentary breakfast and snacks during the day at its special terrace, which was great.

The room we were given was too small for two persons to stay in. We couldn’t move around or even open our luggage. We arrived at around 11 AM (after 5 hrs night flight) and check in was at 4 PM. Although out room was ready, the receptionist mentioned we could get in only with extra payment. In the end, we were allowed in only at sharp 4 PM (they didn’t allow even at 10 minutes to 4 😄).

Great rooftop bar area with pool overlooking the city. Reception staff diligent and dealt with any queries we had. Rooms were rather smaller than anticipated esp given our luggage but clean and comfortable. Short walk of about 20 mins to the TCL Chinese Theatre where you can find most of the bus excursions.

Rooms are as said quite compact with some space under bed for storage. Told by member of staff at rooftop area that the more secluded area that we were sitting in was for “staff use only”. A short time later other guests dressed up utilised this area with door closed behind. Took this up with reception staff next day who confirmed that the whole area can be used by all guests. So no “staff area” as we were told. Also barman spilt a drink on our table which also went on to my wife’s handbag. Came back with couple of cloths and we were left to clean it up. He also didn’t take the partially spilt drink back to replace it. Had to go to bar and take this I’m up with one of his colleagues as he had disappeared.

There was no body shower wash in the shower, shampoo and conditioner were very low we only had 1 bath towel, there were no tissues in the tissue box. I felt like the person who prepared our room did not do a very good job. Parking was very expensive at $55.00 per night plus tipping the person retrieving our car. We did not have access to an ice machine due to construction. I had to go to the bar to get ice and the person working made me feel like I bothering her by asking for ice and made a comment “why do they keep sending people here for ice I don’t have enough”
