Comfort Suites Rolla

Constant, daily cleaning of rooms. Updated rooms. Laundry facilities. Excellent, wide variety of breakfasts. Accommodations for 6 to fit a room. No issues with reservations or check-in.

The bathroom was very small. Not just for 6 people. I'm not sure if it was the renovation of new carpet or guests above us, but I had to call the desk to have them stop jumping or pounding.

We were on a 10 day vacation traveling from Vegas to Indiana through 8 states. We stayed in multiple hotels/motels. The breakfast here was the best. In addition to many food options, a gentleman came around offering fresh fruit cups. The dining area was large to accommodate many guests.

There were many used towels in the pool area though no one was present when we entered the pool area.

The room was nice and had a good breakfast.

I didn't like that there weren't any napkins/paper towels in the room, nor was there a luggage stand, which I found very odd and un handy. Brighter lighting would be very helpful for elderly people with pour sight. I was traveling with my 92 year old mother and had to have all the lights on for her to see.

The cleanliness of the room, the most comfortable beds, the room size. The front desk staff is great. We asked for a bottom floor because of physical issues and was granted that room. I am very grateful. We would definitely stay here again should we be in town. Great place to stay.

There is nothing to say on the negative.

Checking in was effortless.

A quiet fan in the bathroom. The hair dryer could be upgraded. More lightening in the bathroom, especially in the shower area and the hallway mirror. The pillows were comfortable, but did not care for the small squares. Larger pillows are preferred.

Room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was standard, but decent. Free homemade cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Centrally located to town, so easy access to restaurants, stores, etc

Car noise, since it is next to the interstate. Exercise equipment was older, and the treadmill did not work, though this is not the end of the world. Pool was closed.

The room was wonderful minus a bit of a tricky bathroom door but that was no big deal. My family loved our delicious hot breakfasts in the morning.

The only issue that we had with the property was a pool that just needs some TLC.

A little hard to find, upon exiting the freeway at night. Room was missing real coffee packets! (arggh it was decaf only) need my coffee first thing in the morning! don’t want to run downstairs in my PJ’s for it.

The staff was kind, courteous and professional. The room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was amazing and a primary reason we chose Comfort Suites is the amenities.

I specifically reserved this hotel because of the indoor pool, and I didn’t see on booking or the hotel website that the pool was closed for repairs. Very frustrating, my 5 year old was disappointed.
