Baymont by Wyndham Ft. Leonard/Saint Robert

the property was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was well organized, tasted amazing with a great Selection. Jonathon went above and beyond during our check in process after an extremely stressful Travel experience, There’s not enough great things I can say about the customer service we experienced from Jonathon. the rest of the staff had big shoes to fill after Jonathon set the bar high on why we could expect as far as customer service went and everyone stepped up to the challenge. house keeping was extremely thoughtful when it came to our possessions in the room which helped us feel even more safe and secure. The customer service we received from Jonathon and other staff member was so wonderful it actually set a whole new standard for us that we didn’t think was possible to experience. we vacation 3-7 times a year as a family, if I could choose this establishment in each and every place we visited I would and we have since recommended this facility to all the incoming family members whose soldiers are stationed at Fort Leonard Wood . After speaking with multiple other families who were there for the same graduation but stayed at other hotels it is clear we had not only the best facilities to stay at but the best staff to work with as well. Thank you for making a very important part of our lives that much better with such a wonderful experience, our daughter who has an anxiety disorder felt safe and comfortable the whole time because of the staff and cleanliness of the location those kinds of things are priceless.

I cannot think of a single thing we would change about our experience. The room was perfect , the staff was perfect, the breakfast was delicious keep doing what you have been doing.

When we stay in hotels, we look for the big breakfast the next morning and that the rooms are clean, and that the staff smile and are friendly. We have noticed since 2020, we don't see a lot of smiling and friendly employees in the customer service area. I have worked customer service all of my life and I know it doesn't take much to smile and speak nicely and give attention to people, especially when that is your job and you're being paid for it. But, we got all of that with this stay.

The only thing I had an issue with was that with the breakfast there wasn't scrambled eggs. I always look for the biscuits and gravy, which you had. My husband loves the big Belgian waffles which you had. But I didn't have my scrambled eggs, although boiled eggs were offered. That is truly my only complaint. Everything else was very nice.

The cleanliness of the hotel front room was excellent. The breakfast area looked inviting and clean. When I entered my room it smelled fresh and was cleaned thoroughly.

The indoor pool at the hotel was dirty and in need of maintenance. Some of the tiles were broken in the pool and the coating on the bottom of the pool was chipped causing a rough surface on my feet. Definitely need to make repairs/ adjustments to that part of the hotel. Also the pillows in the room were very used and uncomfortable.

Everything their advertising promised was available, my stay was short and I did not get to use the gym but we did go to the pool. It was open 24 hours so on our last night we relaxed a bit in the hot tub. An early check in was accomodated for us due to our flight time. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us recommendations for restaurant options. The facilities were clean and there is on site parking. Coffee was freshly brewed and strong enough.

The coffee machine in our room seems not to have been used in a while so it was a bit dusty but other than that everything was clean. Breakfast was fresh but did not have many options. These may just be personal preferences to my family but there was no fresh lime nor lemon at breakfast. No hard boiled eggs, yogurt or sausage of any kind.

The hotel was beautiful so clean .linen pure white fresh even 4 fluffy pillows on each bed special make up remover wipes and towels ..so kind I tell you the staff is A+ friendly helpful even they were so neat and professional .. The breakfast full of choices and so clean ...pool open 24 hrs and gym ..by far one of the nicest hotels ... I have stayed at resorts ..that could take lessons from this hotel ..I wish my trip was longer because I loved this place and location right off exit and everything there all stores .buffet..fast food.. dollar tree and walking distance to Ft Leonard wood front gate .. I promise u this is the hotel to pick for your stay especially if u have soldier in Ft Leonard wood. This hotel get the Gold for me.🙂

For the first time I can honestly say they couldn't have done anything better it was all great 100% and let me add when you have a exceptionally clean property and the staff is professional and kind that's all travelers really want

WE CAME TO VISIT MY SON AT FT LEONARD WOOD. WE WAS VERY GREATFUL THAT THEY LET US DO A LATE CHECK OUT ON OUR LAST DAY THERE. DUE TO MY SON NOT HAVING TO BE BACK ON POST TIL LATER. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE HOT TUB WAS GREAT AND STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

THEY BEDS WAS ALITTLE HARD FOR ME. I WISH THE POOL WAS HEATED.

Was close to where we were going. The girl at check in was very helpful and answered all questions. The breakfast was ok, usual hotel fare, but the girls working kept the area clean and dishes filled. The hotel was very accomidation giving our family adjoining rooms. Weather forced us to stay an additional night and the hotel was able to let us keep same room.

Rooms were smaller than I thought they would be but as we only slept there it was fine. To get a cheaper rate I had to book through 3rd party, so no reward point on the first night where I had 2 rooms.

It was a great all around experience. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet, awesome breakfast. Best scrambled eggs I have had that weren't made by me. Also, very close to everything, including the base. We were there to watch my Marine graduate MP school.

Room was a little smaller than I am used to, but still comfortable. Also, the hot tub needs to be hotter.

The property was clean and so conveniently located. we walked to Dairy Queen for a delicious little treat. the faculty is perfect for short term or long term travel. the staff were so friendly and super helpful. we felt very welcome through our stay. Breakfast is included and it was delicious.

I have zero complaints. we very much enjoyed our stay.

The location was very good. There were fast food restaurants within walking distance. I got a good burger at the DQ Grill N Chill and brought it back to my room and watched tv. The hot breakfast the following morning was fine. The room was comfortable and clean.

There is only one reason I didn't rate this hotel higher and that was because of the very sketchy internet connectivity. I found it barely usable and this caused me a bit of consternation as I needed Google maps in order to check out a somewhat complicated leg of my trip into Ohio for the following day. (Unfortunately, not all states offer free state road maps at their Visitors Centers along the Interstate highways anymore :( I was able to get one for Missouri, but Missouri is an outlier anymore in offering this hospitality to travelers. )
