Room was clean, if you don't want staff cleaning room you can just ask front desk for towels. front desk staff was awesome, great deal for a short stay. We didn't stay the entire time and got our money back fully refunded and they helped me get another family member booked at the last minute so that was a blessing. The staff at the front desk were awesome.
I like soft mattress so, I didn't like firm bed but, that's just me. We were happy with distance to our destination and the staff at the front desk was awesome. We liked being close to restaurants such as cracker barrel and route 66 because the hotels breakfast bar was closed due to covid19 concerns. (Which I completely understand)

It was a good place to stay. It was near to everything we needed.
Only the breakfast. Not good. Lacking in completeness. It was the only thing that made me check out the other hotels. I also told the receptionist on our way out. They need to improve on their breakfast. It could make them loose customers.

The breakfast was not available due to "C-19". Mike and Alicia are the nicest and most helpful people in the business. The Missouri hospitality is alive and well with them behind the counter. The room was great, the price as advertised, it was very quiet. We'll gladly stay there again should we ever return to St. Robert. Thanks to both for a great stay!

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, nice bed linens, soft pillows, and lots of room on the vanity to put toiletries. Nice size refrigerator.
They are not currently serving any breakfast at all.🤨 Not even a grab and go! NOTHING! Not even cofffee in the lobby, only a few packets of coffee to make in the room. The reason was Covid! Freezer section of the refrigerator needed defrosting badly.

Everyone was so helpful, kind and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Anything we needed, or asked for was given to us with a smile. It was important to them, that we were happy.
