Breakfast was great - fluffy eggs, bacon one day, sausage next, variety of breads (sliced, muffins, biscuits) gravy and cereals. Room was very comfortable, although the slanted floor bothered me, not wife. Bed comfortable, which is necessary for both of us. Room was clean - newly renovated Outside grounds NOT very clean - dog area not cleaned - bunch of old poops all over that strip

Better area for dogs. If you allow them then please make a clean area for them - or they're gonna track all that crap into the room Boiler not working - only one of us got a warm shower.

Everything was very clean! The bathroom, bedroom, carpet, sheets, and curtains were all spotless. The breakfast was hearty, albeit with limited options. The staff was amiable. Check-in and check-out were painless and fast. The laundry room was a plus; we could easily wash our clothes (but prepare lots of quarters!!). The curtains were so thick, if you liked to sleep in, you wouldn't be bothered by the lights. Very convenient location as well.

I wished there were a bit more options with breakfast. They only had toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, and breakfast sausage. The kept-cold boiled eggs were a bit....disturbing, the juice machine was broken, but nice yogurt selections.

The staff was helpful beyond anything I see in Las Vegas (which is where I am from). The Breakfast continental was balanced, tasty and easy to serve oneself. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. People very polite. And the restaurants were a very short walking distance. And the steakhouse was a treat next door was a treat (Blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream, magnificent)... I WILL go back again to this Quality Inn. Alamogordo was outstanding, as was the Quality Inn there.

Parking was tight but acceptable.

Room was in the remodeled section and the hotel (as advised by staff) and was very adequate for our stay. It was at the back far enough away so we didn’t hear rosd traffic nor train traffic noise. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast (eggs, waffles, sausage, toast, juice and coffee.

Every other door slamming as other quests come and go. However that is typically a problem at every hotel you stay at and not the fault of the hotel itself.

Lots of space in the room. Had a nice comfortable bed. Lots of channel options on the TV. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower. Great fresh breakfast!

Received a message via Booking about the pet fee the day after my stay. The door had lots of gaps in it and was able to see light from outside.

The motel seems to be going through an renovation. The room I was in, was mostly complete, though some painting was still needed. The bed was perfect for me, I slept well.

Renovation materials piled up in the parking lot limited spaces, but that is temporary.

I had requested a bath tub in May but got a handicapped room instead with no tub when I checked in in Sept. But the beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet despite being right next to a main road.

Rooms were quiet in the evening and located near to where we needed to be.

The room keys failed more than once; the room discount promised was not honored; the property had OK amenities but not much effort by management to provide service; the bathtub drained poorly which was probably not as bad as it felt//cb

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable (tho a little high for my 4' 10' self), they provided everything we needed for a overnight stay, the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious with the choices offered.
