Hampton Inn & Suites N Ft Worth-Alliance Airport

The night clerk (or was she the manager?) could not have been any nicer. When I made the reservation, I had made a mistake and entered 3 PM instead of 3 AM check in time. We had been dealing with a blown tire 8 hours into our 48 hour trip. No tire repair places open at that time of course. She was able to accommodate us anyway & even walked with me to our room to ensure it was cool enough for me (aside from comfortable enough for my husband who uses a walker). I just felt she went above & beyond to make me feel welcome and much less stressed. I fell asleep the minute I stretched out because it was so comfortable.

Everything was perfect.

The location is perfect because our daughter lives right down the road in Haslet. The breakfast is always excellent and the hotel is very comfortable. We really like that they have coffee and hot water for tea always available in the lobby.

It was welcoming and friendly. The Disability king Suite was large and comfortable.

There was either red mold/bacteria in shower grout or it was blood. The shower seat shown in disability shower had been removed. The rest of the bathroom was very clean and inviting.

It was a really good room, nice staff, okay location, but the traffic around it was terrible due to construction work.

The price felt really high, would’ve loved for it to be a little cheaper with where it’s located.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I would stay there again!

Breakfast was okay. It wasn't great, but I do understand the situation with the pandemic. It was better than nothing, and we were nourished. A bit more protein and less sugary options would have been nice.

the area was under construction so getting to the hotel was confusing , and at one point they ran out of parking

looking at the photos I was under the impression that the pool was indoors, I was a little disappointed, about that, but nothing too serious

It was Neat and clean. It was Central to everything

There was a lot of road contstruction going on around the property

Everything about the property was wonderful. Staff were amazing! Breakfast was good!

There was nothing wrong that I didn’t like about the property. I know there’s a lot of construction nearby the area , but I would come again.

Although it seemed they were a bit short on staff.....the rooms were clean, pool was open and clean.

Just that the outside trash was overflowing. Location has road construction going on at the moment.
