Beautiful hotel!! Great location to a lot of local food and there is a coffee shop and McDonald's across the street as well. I really enjoyed the view and how soundproof the room was, especially since it's located on a busy main street. The staff was kind and very professional. The hotel was clean and modern with great internal food/drink options. The bathroom was great and the best one I've experienced with the options available for the bidet. It is not a regular hose spray like others I've seen as this one is a little more technologically advanced. The bed was super comfortable and the room was a nice size.

They were still doing work on the gym (a small part of it), spa, and children's play area.

i had a problem with the executive lounge but after talking with the service manager everything has changed for the best so this hotel care about their customers and worth the 5 star

The hotel is perfect choice during our stay in Hanoi. I chose it because it is close to my mum house, but it is overcome my expectation. The staff is super kind and friendly, service is top. Breakfast is delicious, my children love it. Beautiful view over Hanoi. Swimming pool has lifeguard. They have fitness and playroom for children as well. We will surely come back. Thank you so much.

The in-room electronic safe didn't work and some drawers wouldn't fully close.

The hotel is at a very prime location in Hanoi, close to big shopping malls and a quick Grab away from Old Quarter. Its a very stylish and modern property with great amenities and very welcoming staff.

The location was perfect, breakfast was nice. The room is spacious and there're almost everything you need. Clean, cozy, quiet.

A smart TV with internet connection (youtube, netflix...) would be better. Not so much light at night and the temperature adjustment device is a little too far from the bed :;)

the staff are nice and professional especially Thuy and Lisa and all the reception staff, the room was huge modern and clean. the bathroom was clean and nice. location for me us execllent. so many stores around and 10mins taxi to old quarter. i love it and will surely stay again.
