Bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Nice city view from the room. Loved the shower and bathtub. Service was very good as well, although we got ripped off by the airport taxi when we decided to ask the hotel to call one for us. Location was okay, although I would personally recommend for tourists to stay in the Old Quarter. When you first arrive at the hotel, you get a feeling of "where am I?" since there are very few, if any, sights nearby. PS: There is NO damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 required. The information on Booking.com is wrong.

When I asked for an iron to be sent up to my room, it took over 40 minutes. There were some problems with communication as well. The hotel check-in staff spoke fluent English, but the lady working at the "drinks section" right at one of the entrances had trouble understanding us. I had the same issue with one of the workers during breakfast. The TV would sometimes stop working and turn on and off. Also, as mentioned above, we got charged almost VND 500,000 for the taxi that the hotel called for us to the airport. The one we took ourselves from the airport to the hotel only charged us VND 300,000. It was the same taxi brand, although we had to haggle to get that kind of price.

Perfect stay at an amazing hotel. The rooms themselves are great, the view overlooking all of Hanoi is even better! We had windows almost 180° round the room and couldn’t get enough of looking out at the view. The room was very spacious, immaculate and had good aircon. The staff here are incredible, they speak amazing English and are happy to help you with absolutely anything and make you feel like royalty. Thank you all for a perfect stay! Want to go back to this hotel as soon as possible.

Nothing, perfect hotel.

Location pretty convenient if you use Uber to get around. Staffs are very friendly and even had a welcome drink when we came in! Helped with the luggages and enquiries. Beds were pretty comfortable, and toileteries are also given.

Some parts of the hotel can be slightly cleaner (like the side of the floorings etc). Carpet is not very clean, is slightly dusty. Could be better if the rooms are slightly cleaner.

The room was spacious and clean. It has a wonderful view of the city lights. Comfy bed and bathtub, good for a relaxing stay. There's a desk where you can work and enjoy the city view. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Nice facilities for exercise. Overall, I wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely would come back.

The hotel is located on a street where cabs cannot access during rush hours, so it's not possible to book a cab directly from the hotel during these hours (sometime between 6.30-9.30 in the morning and 16.00 - 19.30 in the evening)

Staff was very professional and efficient. The suite was also luxurious and all the amenities were functional. The food was delicious and had exceptional presentation!

The carpet had 2 odd stains on it. Otherwise, everything else was clean.

Service was top-notch, both in the lobby, via phone or in the swimming pool area, Room was big and comfy.

Well we have to say the location is not that great, definitely need a taxi or scooter as the traffic and road conditions make it tough to just walk.

Clean, decent breakfast (eggs made as requested and the cappuccinos were excellent) good pool and gym. Hotel is in a quieter location but easy to get to the old quarter. Staff were fantastic.

not flexible about the price. I stayed in the hotel two weeks and asked them to make a discount for one day which price was increased. the staff was not flexible and referred to Booking com. so I booked the hotel for other two weeks but then cancelled it because of this inflexibility in price negotiation

Very clean and staff were great. Seems to be a fairly new hotel. Bathroom was exceptionally impressive with good water pressure, premium Toto furnishings and instant hot water.

Breakfast was decent but a step below other 5 star hotel chains. Wifi speed was slow which is a shame.

the breakfast buffet did not have sufficient variety for vegetarians. Staff were not very conversant in English.
