If you are looking for a super comfi, quiet, clean room at a good location just after finishing the Hi Giang loop, this is the one to recharge. Extensive and fresh breakfast buffet from 6am, however quality of the juices and coffee/tea could be better. Good and cheap coffee, juice and dinner options can be found in the neighbourhood.

Grab drivers find it hard finding the front door as it's tucked away in a courtyard behind the main road. Shower over bath causes a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

The location, the staff, the service, the breakfast, the room … I arrived around midnight and went to check in at the wrong reception. The front-desk staff escorted me to the hotel reception and made everything easy. Had a little chat with the receptionist, learned a couple Vietnamese phrases and enjoyed our conversation. The breakfast buffet is quite nice, too. Bright space, good variety. The manager came to remind me to take what I wanted 5 minutes before clearing off the table, which I found really helpful. On the day of checkout, one of the staff Huyen helped me arrange a pickup with a driver at a designated location which made more sense to me as I wanted to take the time to stroll the streets and visit a couple places before I go. The following trip to the airport was thus made shorter, and the driver was very friendly too. Thanks to everyone for making my last night in Hanoi so great!

Tucked away inside the Nesta layout, the property is an oasis of calm right in the middle of the high-energy city centre. The perfect location, a little away from the chaos and congestion of Old Quarter, and yet minutes away from all the sights and sounds. The resourceful and smart Ms Phuong (Nara) is a gem, always willing and able to help out with local resources that made a good stay great.

There was nothing to not like. This Nesta property offered a 5-star stay at 3-star prices. Too good.

I liked everything😍 the hotel is brand new , the room is spacious, spotless clean and bright with big windows, the blackout curtains make sure you have a relaxing night/ afternoon nap, the bed is huge and comfy , the lighting system is perfect, the toilet has bidet seats , broad variety of food at breakfast , very quiet place , good insulation .

A bit far from the city center but grab taxi is really cheap. a divider in the bathroom would be nice between the bath tub and the toilet , it’s impossible not to make the bathroom flooded when having a shower .

Super comfortable room and a really nice laid-back vibe about the whole hotel. Super friendly staff are always willing to help. Breakfast was good and provided everything that you might need to fuel your day. Super easy to get to anywhere you'd be looking to visit using a taxi.

The location was good for me personally as it was away from the bustle but it's quite far away from anywhere central, and most tour groups will not provide pick-up or drop-off to any hotels outside of the old quarter.

1 minute walk from the chaos of Hanoi with all the traffic and beeping horns and it was tranquil. It was unbelievable how quiet it was. Almost no sound at all. We stayed in a room overlooking the gardens. Possibly noisier if you stayed at the rear of the hotel, so I’d recommend a garden view room with balcony.

Still a small amount of work in neighbouring apartments but the noise didn’t last for long.

Clean room. Some staffs were more helpful than others.

Morning check out at 5.45am was not great. No help with the luggage. Would appreciate the receptionist to be more helpful. We would have stay here again on our next return. Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel based on my morning check out experience. It spoiled our experience overall.

Nice relaxing space away from the busy streets to unwind.

Staff advising you cannot leave trying to check out while they go to check if anything was taken undeclared from the unrequested minibar. Otherwise staff were lovely and pleasant bar the minor sour taste at the end.

Squeaky clean rooms. New property Great location - a bit off the main road yet quiet. The city’s major attractions are in short distance i.e. 2-3 km. Easy , quick , reasonable price to use Grab car(on app Grab) to get around Super nice and polite staff Breakfast was of various choices and tasty as well
