The location was ok,the staff were friendly, solution solving,kind and available.

All was ok except the breakfast. As compared to my last visit to this same hotel,the breakfast is now very limited,not much options, especially the orange juice is being diluted with water.

Breakfast is limited in variety but good quality. It's located very close to the Wuppertal train station, around 3 minutes walking, making it ideal for business in neighboring towns. Clean room, good quality overall, many USB charging sockets, 24 hours reception. Great for a busy trip with limited time in the room.

The TV was not working and it did not get repaired during my stay. Wasn't really relevant for me, as I spent little time in the room, but worth mentioning. The mattress is generally good but the edge was a bit saggy.

The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious enough for 2 people. We had a nice breakfast in both mornings and the hotel is generious that paper bag is provided for taking away a little bit of bread. It would be wonderful if there is one or two hot dishes. It is silent inside the room even through the Schwebebahn is just next to the hotel. The location is also perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Central station Wuppertal.

There is no night light but switching on the bathroom light throughout the night is not a good option as the ventilation in the bathroom is a bit noisy.

The location is perfect, just in the center, close to shops and the station. However it still very quiet at night. The bar is always open, and the stuff is ready to help. Temperature was really good. In general is a perfect solution.

The breakfast is looking poor, I am not sure is just the food, it can be that the breakfast area looks somehow "cold". The parking is difficult for those having a big car, prepare your parking skills, especially because there are some obstacles in the left of the parking door and the door it self is somehow small. But no worries, you will manage.

Great location and comfy room, convenient near the city and station. Room was all clean and the curtains kept the room dark with the morning light coming up early.

The beds are very firm which makes it hard to relax or get a good night rest. Parking was a bit of a challenge for us since the Hotel parking was full. The next parking spot was only a 100+- walk but sadly more expensive. Not sure if it's possible to make a parking reservation, but that would be a solution.

Great room overlooking the schwebebahn. Very comfortable with everything you would expect from a good hotel room. Late checkout time of 12 and breakfast until 10.30 allows you the morning for exploring. Also only 3 minutes from the main station so handy for onward travel.

The entrance feels like you are going into a carpark, so could do with better signage or more branding. The reception on floor 1 was great, but just a slightly odd first impression with the entrance.

The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. The location could not be better and the landmark view of the monorail is just wow. The staff was super nice and helpful. It was overall a great deal and I really enjoyed my short stay there.

Overall stay was good, however the hotel should be offering some kind of slippers for the room so that guests don't have to walk barefoot, also there were no tea or coffee next to the kettle in the room so we had to go downstairs to get some whenever we wanted to make a hot drink. The breakfast was extremely basic, it needs more variety however you will not end up hungry for sure. 😊 The hotel staff does not respond to he messages or requests via booking app, so if you need anything contact them via other channels since they are super irresposive here.

Everthing exept parking.

Not enought parking place in the hotel. It was near the hotel other parking place, but the guy from administration can not explain how to go in that parking place, he just show from the window. We took around 40 min.to finde entrance to that parking place) it was late evening, we was so tired. For other clients you should do a small map or the stuff should explain better how to get into that parking, because its not so far from hotel.

Great location to discover the city, convenient paid covered parking (when you choose a parking place pay attention to the pigeons inside), small room and bathroom but OK for a short stay.

At breakfast there was nothing cooked (warm) apart from boiled eggs, disappointed not to have my omelette with bacon. However there was a decent variety of pastry and ham&cheese. The bathroom is quite small and the bedroom doesn’t fit comfortably two adults with two small children because the sofa bed needs to be open (fits one person, too narrow for two small children). The « extra big bed » is rather long but quite narrow, the room temperature could not be regulated. Overall these negative points did not affect our one night stay in the hotel but should you plan a longer stay with two kids have these in mind.

The location is excellent, just five minutes walk from the train station. The breakfast is good, and the breakfast room looks out at the suspension monorail, which is unique to Wuppertal.

The only thing I didn't like is the wifi. It's public and unsecured. My laptop kept warning me not to use it because it was not safe. I hope the hotel could provide password-protected wifi.
