For the price this hotel is excellent. There is always a balance of location facilities and price. It would be nicer to be closer to the centre of town but I can be from inside my room to inside the MBK in the centre of town in 30 minutes. I just accept that instead of 10 minutes walk to the centre it I need to take the excellent Bangkok Metro which takes 30 minutes. In return I am in a lovely hotel with a pool on the roof with a massive room. Also many sites to see are a Metro ride where ever you stay so here is as good as any. Lumphini mrt is a couple of minutes walk and 7-11 at the end of the road and a restaurant road in the other direction. The facilities are very clean. The staff are lovely. After a short visit here I came back for a longer stay and on my arrival the receptionist had prepared two rooms for me to view and choose. The TV in the room is only Thai so I use an HDIM cable to connect the TV to my laptop and vpn to iplayer or watch films off my hard drive. I would recommend this hotel totally. If you want this quality closer to the centre you will pay over 3 times more. The hotel is on 15 floors - I am on 9 and have good city views.

Good fitness room and pool. The room was very clean with fresh smelling bedsheets and pillow covers. The lobby is interestingly decorated and this place has some style. The location is also terrific- close to Lumphini subway, embassies, malls and many local eateries. No issues with hot water. Plenty of it.

The staff seemed exhausted and didn't even look up to say hello when I checked in. A simple smile goes a long way -- especially a paying customer that just completed a 10 hour journey. No wifi interet on 8th floor! I also had issues with wifi and had to rely on own mobile Hotspot. Again, train your staff to explain things to the visitor. We're not all drunk backpacking college students. Don't be shy in engaging the traveller.

The room was a good size, beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned, water bottles were provided and the bins were emptied daily. The shower worked and eventually got up to temperature, pressure wasn't great but not worth a complaint because it did the job. The staff were reserved and there seemed to be a general understanding that we'd let each other get on with things unless there was something I needed. I wasn't showered with sycophantic service and I appreciated that. They were friendly and accommodating when approached. The location was convenient, but not scenic by any stretch. In fairness, it was £20 a night so I didn't expect The Ritz. At such a price, I definitely got exceptional value for money but I went in with tempered expectations.

It was dated, several lights in my room were temperamental and the socket loudly sparked when I put a plug into it. There was a damp smell - I suppose it's to be expected in such a humid climate and fortunately I found no evidence of mould. I got used to it eventually but it was a bit jarring.

Great value for money for this area nearby parks and public transport links. Pool area was really nice, plenty of loungers both in shade and sun. bed was super comfortable and room was cleaned daily. Great city views and loved the gym.

some aspects felt a bit dated and in near of a refurb. didn’t seem like the poolside bar was ever open even though there were strict rules about bringing own food (we still did and weren’t told off though). The sauna/steam room was not working, don’t think it has for a while.

This hotel is a very good deal. The room is very big and spacious. We stayed in their newly renovated rooms - very nice and clean. The hotel is five minute walk to MRT Lumpinee station that gets us easily connected to airport train and BTS train. There is a convenient store and local restaurants near by. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was doing some maintenance work at the parking drop off but nothing too disturbing. Apart from that, it's a nice hotel to stay in for the budget.

The location, at a walking distance of Silom, is exceptional. The hotel has still a good standing for a cheap price despite it clearly needs a post-Covid refresh.

Last time I stayed at this hotel, on 2017, everything was more vibrant: the restaurant, the guests, the decor… Unfortunately five years have past, including two years of Covid, and the place needs a re-start, in particular in refreshing the decor and reopening the restaurant.

is near to the Lumpini MRT station, about 5~10 min walk Right outside the hotel, there is a Chinese restaurant, 7-11 at corner of road. Street food, the 3 Thai restaurant selling noodle and rice is good too. Just 2 station to silom, easier to change to the green line. There is no shopping mall or cinema around, so might have to take train else where

TV have limited programme.

Our second time here. Great breakfast, which we found to be good value for money. Helpful reception staff. There is a taxi/limo service available in one corner of the lobby. We availed that service for a day trip to Pattaya. It was nice. Big lobby. Initially ordered dinner via Grab but soon discovered really nice cafes and eateries as we walked down the road the hotel is on and turned left. Might return here again.

The shampoo dispenser didn't work very well.

Awesome. The quality of everything highly exceeded my expectations. At the end of my stay in Thailand I needed a place where I could just Chaves a good sleep and proper shower before fouling to the airport. i wouldn’t expect getting a real luxury for this price and if the hotel continues doing like this, I’m sure it will be successful (hope at one point it won’t overprice the service). installations: everything new and fresh, renovated, nice furniture, proper gym and pool. Room: spacious, comfort, well-organized. Personnel: everybody super friendly, a pleasure to interact with everyone, all other guests who I was meeting were saying the same. Food: simply awesome. I liked the fact that I was able to choose between local and international food. Good job, everybody!;) The location is perfect: well connected with metro and sky train, close to all the main facilities.

I regret it was only one night, I would stay longer. The only area to improve which I see, but no markdown for this: more choice of good quality bread on breakfast (not only toast bread) and more fruit, especially in a country like Thailand, where the fruit is so amazing…

I’m very impressed with this hotel for the price we paid. The lobby is pleasant and comes with afternoon refreshments, breakfast has gotten more variety, renovated rooms are very new. For a quick stay in Bangkok, there is nothing to complain. I recommend to book their renovated rooms.
