The staff were friendly and approachable. Rick took me out to get food and to the supermarket. The room was spacious and cleaned on request. Anything you need ,you can just ask. The view was wonderful. There is traffic noise but I'm a city girl so it didn't bother me.

There are renovations going on at the moment. Although not a major problem a worker did start drilling at 7am one morning . It wasn't a problem for me to ask them to stop. I don't think he knew there was a guest.

The room was really comfortable, clean and modern. The view from the room was spectacular. I LOVE Discovery Bay. It is so serene and beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and really relaxing and nice. The building is still being renovated, but it did not affect us at all. I asked the staff about the history of the building, because it is obviously old, but they did not know anything about its past.

The hotel needs to put luggage racks in the rooms. I had my suitcase on top of a small metal table and it fell over twice and so did all of my stuff. ALSO, there NEEDS to be a sink in the kitchen because washing dishes in the bathroom sink is inconvenient.

We loved the room. It was on a high floor and the view did not disappoint. That bed hugged us when we went to sleep.

The shower did not have a glass door or towel rack for ease of access. There was a little rust on the base of the lamps and chairs. Which we expect to no longer be a fixture once renovations are completed. So excited for that.

Room 3 was recently remodeled so I loved the clean new look. AC was awesome. Bed was not too soft nor too hard. Just right. Staff was super.

No hot water but not a big deal. Pool was not clean so that was a disappointment. While staff tried to assist I gave up waiting for it to be cleaned after 3hrs.

The private beach with free to use canoes was the best bit. Rooms clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the bay. Staff were great, Rick was the best host ever and couldn't do enough to help us.

On the main road so a bit noisy. Also difficult to access beach safely, but Rick kindly shaparoned us each time we went so we were safe.

My stay was great. Exceptional customer service from every worker I've encountered, I love the view from the room with the pool and the sea and love the private beach. Worker who escorted us to and from the beach .. think his name is Rick; was really friendly and helpful. Thumbs up 👍

Mosquitoes in room and entrance being on a very busy roadway. Pool seemed a bit dirty so didn't use it.

Departed at 6am so did not have breakfast.

Need an elevator for the old folks. Did not see any security at night. No office staff for early check out.

The beach is lovely. We would go back there. The room is nicely decorated and the view is spectacular from your room. We were in room 10.

To get to the beach you have to cross a busy road. No food was provided. To drive out of the hotel there is a blind spots on both sides of the road. This could easily cause an accident. They need to add mirrors so you can see the on coming traffic. But apart from that we had a nice stay

I really liked the room, was very spacious and clean. the bathroom was great, tiles, the backlit mirror was great, drapes in the room were also awesome.

the only downfall I had was that I did not have a kitchen sink and under the bed was dusty.

Warm welcome and was able to check in early. Lovely room, well equipped, bright, great shower and very clean.

Nothing. It was great for one night. Traffic noise from main room could be a problem for those who struggle to sleep.
