Absolutely perfect. No concerns and I loved to visit the locals across the road to purchase my personal items

I did not like that there was no shuttle service to Montego Bay I did not like that the hotel promoted itself as being in Mo Bay, but in fact it is located in Falmouth This location difference is rather costly and resuted in my having to pay extortionate cab fares Why do you lie about your location? Its clear this hotel is NOT in Mo bay

Our room (thankfully) had no drain smell issues. Many others did! Our view was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Shout out to Peter and Carla who were very attentive and helpful! Diamond Club lounge, butler service and beach area are worth the extra money spent!

Is going to be closed for refurbishment and will re-open as The Hideaway Blue Waters Resort! Definitely needed as many rooms had drain (smell) issues and paving tiles around walkways are broken and uneven. Difference in service between regular and Diamond Club is VERY noticeable... especially when it comes to restaurant reservations!

The resort was as enjoyable as expected, my time there was well spent, room service was really good, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy and simple, and the environment was clean.

The quality of food was not all that good. It was just okay. Out of the many onsite restaurants visited, the buffet and the Mexican restaurant were the best. The steakhouse was my worst experience. The wait was really long, and the steak there was burnt, not to mention the preferential treatment based on your skin colour.

The location was nice, the staff were all friendly and helpful, I didn't encounter anyone who wasn't. The room was comfortable, I had no complaints, wish I had a view of the resort or beach but it didn't bother us. We loved the water slides, there were four of them but only two open due to no lifeguard being available for the other two unfortunate but we had fun on the two regardless. Loved that we could use the blue waters amenities, the lazy river was a favorite, I love those. Didn't really go in the beach, but we laid on the beach chairs for a bit, it was very relaxing. There is a lot of seaweed, it's raked up daily but it's still in the water... I was sad to leave and I will go back :)

The food unfortunately wasn't great, it could eat I guess but I wasn't crazy over it or going back for seconds

The pools were very nice, also the entertainment was good, the staff did very well to entertain us. Mr Leo exceptional butler he has the best personality very pleasant. He and Carla our other butler made our stay pleasant, we give them our thanks all through our stay there. Also the restaurant we tried were the calypso west indies cuisine solid food, also the Taj Indian food Diamond Club breakfast excellent must try, and the steakhouse, the Italian Restaurants were all good experience. I have to commend the staff at the restaurants we encountered were very pleasant and helpful from the very start.

The room I stayed in was not very pleasant right through, the bathroom had lost of flaws but please go see it for yourself it was 730 on the seventh floor, it needs a lot of cleaning up to make it perfect. oh yeah my toilet didn't work it couldn't flush and they took two days before they fixed it. No ironing board we waited two days for that as well.

Entertainment. It was great!!!!

The food!! Not alot of food to choose from. Not alot of local food.

The property was clean and modern and everything was accessible. There are multiples restaurants open during the day and room service around the clock. The vibes team always ensures the guests are entertained and having fun. But what I found the best was the customer service overall but they can be stretched thin things get a bit slow.

There are some areas that need visible maintenance . I even had to have a room change because of some lifted tiles in the bathroom. Also the pool slides need visible work.

Good food and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Gentlemen, if you need a good drink from a good mixer, go to the Dips pool bar and ask for Maxwell. The man is the bomb!!!! Ask for a another mixer named 5 star.. Tell him you wanna try the Pistachio Martini. Booom!!! The property is big and decent. Nicely kept as well. Totally recommend!!

The room I stayed in was a bit small but it was ok enough. The nightly entertainment is more kid friendly..that was expected anyway. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was good enough. Just find friends and enjoy yourselves.

Courteous staff. Fast convenient service. Transportation on property for convenience of shopping or touring

The shower; every time I used it it flooded the bathroom and I was forced to use all my available towels to soak it up. Then wait for more towels for bathing. It was very stressful. I asked to have my room changed but I would have to wait for the supervisor who wouldn’t arrive to the following day. Because I had a full day planned already attending a wedding it was almost impossible to be able to do it all and change rooms

The beach is amazing no rocks or stones on entry lovely.

Avoid room 616 it is right next to the maids station we were woken up every morning.
