The free breakfast was great the one morning that my family made it down in time. The hotel staff were exceptional. I am in hotel rooms 8 nights per month and the service here at Courtleigh was the best all year. It was a refreshing change. I felt seen and heard and there was real engagement vs the standard/generic minimal effort that I have grown accustomed to.

The first room offered had a lock that wouldn't lock on the entrance to the room. Not generally a major issue, but really unfortunate timing for a 02:00 am (late flight) check in. That said, the staff were quick and polite in finding a resolution.

Loved the grounds of the hotel, clean rooms that were cleaned daily top to bottom. Towels changed and tissue topped up. Pool side good, drinks tasty and near to tastee and Juici and supermarket - KFC a 3min walk. Great gym area and laundry room

The complimentary breakfast did not include traditional meals - if your on a budget get the breakfast but if not just buy breakfast when you get there as the breakfast for the most part was very international (bagels, cabbage, egg and fruits). The dryer in the laundry room did not dry our clothes (not a big deal -but we left with wet clothes)

The hotel was centrally located. I enjoyed the breakfast and the various choices they had. The staff was great, with prompt and professional service. I will be back in the near future.

When I first arrived; I was told my room didn't have a a balcony; which was very disappointing. Then I went to take a shower and the water barely flowed out. Did not have a good night sleep on the mattress. The next day I spoke with the young lady at the front desk and explained about me not being satisfied with my accommodation. She did transfer me to a different room. The rest of stay went well.

We were pleased with the hotel and would.stay here again. The staff were really helpful.and friendly, location is fine, adjacent to Emancipation Park and most of the other similar hotels are located nearby too. The one bed suite was perfect for our family, very spacious and comfortable, the lobby area was very nice and we enjoyed the food.

This is an older property and is traditionally furnished, not a problem.for us.but possibly for others.

I liked my room and how it's configured for rest and work. Very impressive front office staff of smart, smiling and good looking young Jamaicans, who were so hospitable. This trip I should single out Johnelle for her competence in recognizing how tired I was and checked me in with a breeze!

The breakfast was good but could do with a little more variety on the buffet.

My old experience was excellent from my first day checking in until the time I checked out even during the time I’m here the food was well-prepared. Staff was very respectful, and the very very generous.

As always with everyone in this economy at this time, the price could’ve been better, but I totally understand so therefore there’s no really any bad comments everything was perfect

The facilities were clean and the front desk representatives were courteous and welcoming.

The life guard was not welcoming at all and the breakfast menu that should be included was not great as only limited options were given, just bread, no ground provisions, no rice,no pancakes just waffles and cabbage and pork everything else had to be paid for even the ground provisions they had in the back which made no sense to me .

The breakfast could have more choices to select from such as bacon or some curry chicken would have been nice to have.

The air condition in the room . Plus just before I checked out of my room I saw a lizard in the bathroom floor ceiling that actually was scary for me because I don’t like lizard and did not expect to see one inside the bathroom. So that kind of leave a little bad taste with me.

The staff was very welcoming and accomadating. Breakfast was excellent. The other foods were great too. My daughter loved the pool and the fact that there was a pool bar where she could get Pina coladas. Rooms were clean. The staff cleaned every day we were there. Felt safe. Didn't want to leave.

I didn't like that it was not all inclusive. 🤣

The restaurant is amazing. The bed is super comfortable. The room was big and spacious and clean

Some of the staff were not so kind. Language is a barrier sometimes and they didn’t try to explain a little more. There were a lot of ants or thermites on the nightstand.
