The view from the balcony was remarkable and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was small and shower stall was open, so the floor got wet when we took a shower; the foot towel could not rectify. Not friendly enough for small children. Didn't like the partition/adjoining door either. Was taken aback by the receipt placed on the table after eating breakfast even though this was already paid for at check-in.

My husband and I checked in the Hotel for his birthday on the 2nd August...upon entering the hotel the smell was fresh, the ambience peaceful. The front desk staff we interacted with both upon check in and in the night Natasha, Joel and Deji-Ann were extremely helpful in not just the hotel facilities but things to do and places to visit in Jamaica...💯💯💯💯 Let us talk about the dinning room/kitchen staff Georgia,,,her kind, warm and bubbly personality was so intoxicating it blew us away...she was not just sweet but helpful and effective/timely in her service to us...Thank you again Georgia...There are some things that can't be learnt and other things is just natural...Georgia is natural😇🤗💯💯💯 Overall we will definitely recommend!!! HOSPITALITY IN ITS FULLNESS P.s my husband enjoyed his birthday..and Natasha thanks a million for blessing ua with complimentary drinks for his birthday...he was very pleased🥺🥺🥺

All was well...we left early to head to Ocho Rios for the events there for the remainder of our stay.

The room was spacious, I had a great view of the park, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, no matter what time of the day or night it was. The bathroom was good and I was happy there was a tub, that I utilized after a great day on the road for Jamaica carnival. I felt safe there even when there was an earthquake whilst I was in the shower!!! Lorrrt! Lol! The location was great with a few local eateries within walking distance. The Pegasus was across the street. I would stay here again and be sure to have more leisure time to enjoy the amenities.

There wasn't a bellman or none were available to assist. Otherwise, no complaints.

The location was perfect and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and plentiful. Great to have free parking and location is also walkable.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the shower head was blocked up with hard water deposit so the water sprayed everywhere and the room smelled musty and like feet. I think the carpets could benefit from a deep clean. The restaurant by the pool area was very messy the first night. No one seemed to be picking up used cups, etc and all the tables had used stuff on them.

Breakfast staff very very nice (Sept 19, 2022); clean hotel; rooms could have be cleaner; view from the balcony room; walkable distance to Emancipation Park; overall nice and would give one more try when I visit Kingston next.

Dinner staff ordinary (maybe I had high expectations / Sept 18, 2022); was almost denied the balcony room due to booking.com error mentioning balcony room as King Suit; meals very expensive and expected better variety for the price; did not smell pleasant coming off elevator 5th floor; ice box didnt work; no ginger ale available; nonetheless will give one more try otherwise cheaper and better options are available aplenty.

The vibe was always good, the staff are honestly the best I can’t remember all names but Laura from the restaurant, Stephan , nadine , Marcus and so much others the restaurant staff are truly amazing. such an excellent place to relax.

This hotel exceeded my expectataion. I LOVE THIS HOTEL WITH MY WHOLE ❤ The staff was nice and welcoming, the lady at the front turned my daughter and myself onto a driver (Andrew) and that made it even more comfortable because being my first time in JA I was able to trust someone who wanted to make my experience a joyous one. My housekeeper on the 4th floor, she was wonderful especially for keeping our room clean, I'm grateful to her too.If I had to recommend any hotel to any travelers I know visiting it would be the Courtyard Marriott New Kingston.

It was clean. Room was clean.

Fridge in room needs to be colder. Microwave is only on first floor lobby. Ice machine only on third floor. Need Better cable selection or have Netflix access in rooms. Bed is on the firmer side but ok I guess.

The breakfast was very good - multiple choice of offering. The room was excellent and the staff was very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel room - it exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful time - nothing to complain about.

Prices are very high in Restaurants and no complimentary Sodas.

No complimentary soda and I personal tip 18% on all of my meals before I stop going to the restaurant after I found out I was not getting complimentary refills when I am paying extremely high prices for meals compared to the US.
