The property is a great destination with enough space and activities that will easily keep boredom at bay. My room exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall I was very very happy with my experiences

At the spa one employee asked me to wait ( I was in the process of leaving the spa) it was about 5:53pm Saturday July 23, 2022 I believe his name was Tyriquek. There was a young woman working with him. After he asked me to wait again he was canvassing for repeat massage clients. After offering several guest $89 discounted massages he refused to make me the same offer and then told me that it was 6:01 pm and that he couldn’t help me because his day was done. Remember he asked me to wait for this foolishness. I have no idea why this occurred but I can say that it was my only negative experience during my entire stay but had I responded to this blatant disregard for my time it could have created a very ugly incident.

The property was gorgeous! Loved everything about our rooms. The food was great. I loved breakfast at Blue Lagoon! All of the resort staff I encountered were very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, especially guest services, with the special decoration request and restaurant reservation I made prior to and during our stay. Upon arrival, I informed guest services that I needed a restaurant reservation for the day of my mom's birthday. At that time, 3 days before my requested date, I was informed that the particular restaurant was completely booked, but the staff kept a close eye on cancellations, etc. and were able to get us in at the requested time and date! Their extra efforts were key to making our stay amazing! Also, the nightly events were very entertaining!

Lack of and/or confusing nature of signage. Some of the signage around the property regarding the location of buildings and other structures was a bit confusing. The shaded/covered areas of the "Main" beach filled up pretty quickly each day, but there was always somewhere to sit and enjoy the gorgeous views. The light switch to the bathroom was located outside of the room.

There were many options from which we could choose. Breakfast was tasty and the waiters/waitresses were excellent.

I am aware that because of the covid 19 protocol things had to be a little different. Thank you but i missed my pool bingo games.

Great breakfast options to start the day and we loved the local touch. A member of our party is celiac and had no problems with meal options in the main buffet areas, We were made to feel comfortable and room attendant Miss O was always a ray of sunshine. Everyone was a joy to speak with and wanted us to have a smile. We loved the feel of several resort options for views and for dining. Thank you so much for making my Mom comfortable, you provided for needs as requested and she exceeded our expectations by not once asking for the wheelchair. your buggy drivers and all staff looked out for her and one pool attendant even walked with us to the dining room to assist her up the steps. The tilers and ground staff always gave a cheery hello and am sure that is why all the plants make an effort to give the best blooms possible. We did not see all the nighttime entertainment but will soon return for the opportunity to fully immerse in the gorgeous hidden nooks and crannies. Wonderful experiences in this resort, and thank you for making my birthday such a memorable one.

That this holiday was so short. Hibachi experience is the main reason for the Japanese restaurant, sorry we didn't get to experience it.

I did not like that my room had a joining door to Mt neighbors bathroom and we could hear everything that was going on in that room. It was very disturbing and at one point someone tried to open it. Room 3308!! The drinks were very much bottom shelf my girls and I hardly drank because you couldn't taste the liquor and their weren't any other options of top shelf. Also you had to travel to different bars to make different drinks which was not convenient at all. You could only get a Mojito at a stand near the restaurants again not convenient. You all have to step up your drink game when it comes to an all inclusive!!

Check in was horrible! We drove several hours to get there I had to listen to a sale pitch before I was even offered a drink the staff member did not disclose it was a sale pitch. I wouldd have been more receptive of a sale pitch after check in. I booked a junior suite 2 beds beachfront ocean view. I was placed in a king bed garden view suite had to return to front desk. I was then given a Oceanview but not beachfront The rooms need some updating seems like the sink counters aren't cleaned properly multiple watermarks baseboards need cleaning as well housekeeping staff weren't thorough did not dust credenza for several days . Mini bar was not stock stock no towels/washcloth we called the front desk was assured someone would be right there , no one came

The Negril buffet was amazing. The food was so great. The stew beef was seasoned to perfection. The MoBay breakfast so so delicious. So many food choices to choose from. The pool was the same as the picture, everything was the same as the picture. It was so relaxing. Only time you need to go off the resort is if you're planning to do any excursions. The SPA is a must. There was a promotion they were running, 25% off spa services and a free spa day. The next day I went back to use my free spa day and there was barely anyone there, I had access to the hydrotherapy, sauna and Turkish bath. It was just an amazing experience.

I stayed in Villa 40 and did not know that there was a beach near by, I was walking to the main entrance of the hotel to utilize that part of the beach. But I could've been using the one by the villa I stayed in.

The staff in every single area of the property were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay.The spa was magnificent. The food and choices of food was excellent.

Just that the air conditioner in our room was not blowing cold enough however, staff did there uttermost best to try and resolve the problem as best as they could within there power.

The property is beautiful but the customer service from the staff was EXCELLENT.

The food at the steakhouse was ok, I didn’t like the quality of the meat. Given the price point of Grand Palladium I expected better. All the other restaurants were good. Las Brisas and the sports bar food options could be better.

it’s big spacious, open and clean. when I say big I mean big. love it
