Loved our stay! What did we love: *The breakfast; great options and the staff kept replenishing quickly for the many guests present. Also, the Omelette station chef was efficient, fast, and friendly, *Dinner each night was great and I loved that they had options that my very picky daughter could eat and enjoy! *The Italian restaurant (hi Miss Tamara!) was wonderful. Yummy food and great ambience for date night *Our rooms were cleaned and refreshed by some of the best staff (hi Miss Dahlia!), *Floyd, our server from breakfast and dinner, was super friendly and helpful, always checking on us and ensuring our satisfaction, *Wayne (Bellhop), how you treated my mother with such care, concern and overall respect was a welcome, refreshing change. We will definitely be back!

Took a while to get one of our rooms changed. We could see that the hotel is quite popular with the number of persons we saw coming in each day. But there needs to be more aware and competent front-desk staff who can answer simple questions and not have to constantly ask a supervisor/manager for confirmations; I strongly believe this would have helped to move the long lines faster and persons to get their rooms quicker. Note to future visitors: If you have an elderly person in your party or someone with physical disabilities, it is best to state this when booking to avoid them getting rooms too far away from the main (central) building.

I like almost everything the food was not so nice i enjoy the breakfast more than everything else Boat ride was nice ,room nice pool nice this was my second time at holiday inn and I would love to go back again but the food should be better

Food was really good Lots of choices at the buffet and well prepared Seafood restaurant was excellent - food and service Quiet side pool and beach for adults only which was fantastic Entertainment one night guys group was really good Nice relaxing common areas with old southern fans and couches Friendly helpful staff Shuttle came from Margaritaville (free) Clean room - maids were good

Room was a little old Had to fix a/c twice and television twice entry door was malfunctioning

The quality of the food was excellent. Breakfast, lunch & dinner menus offered a great deal of choice and good quality. I loved the fresh juices and traditional Jamaican food. The staff were friendly, professional & respectful. I could not ask for more; their welcome & helpfulness was a great start to our holiday in Jamaica. The evening entertainment was excellent! Beautiful beaches & facilities

Check in took nearly two hours. We booked online and it was very disappointing to have to stand & queue with our bags for nearly two hours. This took away valuable time for us to enjoy the resort. I requested an extension to the check out time but was told this would cost $40 US. I will choose an alternative resort when I return to Mo’ Bay next week, because of this.

The staff was attentive to our comfort. My daughters wanted to stay an extra night with their grandparents and the transition was seamless.

We had q hard time figuring out the controls for changing the temperature in the shower area.

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room, facilities, food. Was a little concerned when booking the cheapest all-inclusive in the area, but I didn't notice any corners cut. They had everything I could've asked for. Kids club was great.

Beach isn't really swimmable due to grass/coral. So it's very shallow in most places - great for lounging, wading, kids, but not if you like to swim any distance past 10 yards. Also, Wi-Fi in buildings away from the main one is glacial, at times barely usable

food was amazing for it to be Buffett style . the on site restraints were amazing . resort was close by everything .

small bathrooms and during check in they don't tell you about all the activities at the resort . you have to figure out things on your own .

Our stay was amazing from start to finsh. Many thanks to Kimberlee at the reception, fast and efficient checkin who also made our stay a very memorable one. The property is clean, lush luxurious green scenery, breathtaking beach, lovely watersports. At the Jerk hut met Kadeem and Ackeem really great bar men who ensure we were lacking nothing. The Jamaican and Italian restaurants are amazing a must do at the resort.

The adults only swim up bar closes @ 6pm !!!! I think this is way too early of a closure for an adults only bar. Also the Jerk hut is located very close to the adult part of the hotel and also closes at 6 pm if it is not sea food season. I really do encourage the management to rethink these closures.

The food was really good. Everything I tasted had the authentic Jamaican season which was commendable. I love the fact also that they had a kids club, my daughter really looked forward to going each day.

The bathroom were not cleaned early enough. Bathrooms should be cleaned before the start of breakfast.

There was nice AC there was TV but the TV was like weird the channels and all that yeah that was just weird and there was hot tubs there was kayaking there was sailboating and the sale building it went really far out from the island but like it's just a quick and you see like lots of fishes like not even that far from Shore but then like you can actually catch them because it's like you're not allowed to like bring your fishing rod there it was good it was pretty cheap it was only $500 US there was snorkeling and Diving and yeah the all-inclusive thing was so good and all the activities are like for free so it's so good it's a good idea to go there because it's like really fun and nice and it's really cheap

It's so sad though like the reservation only resteraunt when you get the food for the kids like the kids they will don't have that much like menu the only have four things to choose from because the menu is very limited and all that and the food is not that good. and well the kayaking in the sailboating the sailboating can only do it once a day. the lines for the ice cream shack .and a really long and you see the kayaking you have to sign up everyday .the room-service wasn't that great and it took forever to get servise
