I love that’s the resort isn’t too big so you can easily get to different areas. I loved the food. I’m a huge food critic and the food was excellent. 10/10. Loved that they change areas where they serve food. I also loved that the hotel isn’t too massive so it’s not flooded with people. Love the 24/7 room service.

Erm the staff changing my bedding were a bit lazy on some days. I had to call a few times to have it changed before it actually happened. Other than that great place.

Staff was very friendly

The check in process is not smooth, rooms were not ready, drink giving while waiting in the lobby was watered down. The food was not always hot.

The Food was great throughout the day even Room service was Superb. We really got to taste authentic Jamaican food, fruits and vegetables instead of going of the premises. I loved that the refrigerator in the room was restocked daily. I felt like I was on a cruise with all the food and entertainment provided in my 4 day stay at the all inclusive Resort.

The Furniture quality could of been upgraded on room balcony. Also, seating should be provided along the tennis and basketball courts. I found the Spa prices to be a little pricey for as much as we paid for the accommodations. No one told us about visiting the Half Moon Point Beach as a place to visit which was close to this property.

The lazy river pool, swim up bar. The whole facility is awesome.

Music a little too loud at the swim up bar makes it hard to talk with people. The room was a little cramped & small. Cabs from the property were $50 to leave the resort. If you walk up to the street you can get the local route taxi for $3

Friendly and Responsive Staff. Delicious Food with lots of options and variety. The Coffee Shop was Amazing! Excellent Desserts, coffee, and other treats! Comfortable Beds. Great Room with a view. Spacious room with lots of mirrors. Huge Property. Shout out to the Entertainment Crew who kept the vibes going, especially during Midday Madness! The Lazy River & Waterslides were so much FUN! Shout out to Colin at the Rum Bar restaurant who took excellent care of us! Highly recommended the Appleton Rum Punch and Hilton Delight (Adult) Beverages. Steel Pan performers were off the chart! Female Singer the night before was excellent too! Craft vendors on the Property have something for everyone. My soon to be 13 yr old Son enjoyed the game room, lazy river and the beach. We all enjoyed the catamaran sail and kayaks! Room service Ackee & Saltfish Breakfast (Jamaica's National Dish) was DELICIOUS! And the Suprise from Management & Staff in celebration of our Son's 13th Birthday! Great Warm and Welcoming Touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay- Family Vacation.

Low water pressure in the shower. We were on the 7th floor. Food, though very tasty, could have been a little hotter vs warm. Coffee was not hot...Only way to get a good cup of hot enough coffee was at the Coffee Shop. TV didn't work well. When fixed, not all channels were available. For the phone... mainly only able to call the front desk to be transferred to room service or other areas vs the ability to dial them directly. BUT... somewhat minor taking all things into consideration.

The scenery was breathtaking, the staff exceptional and the food was great...

The fact that we had to book to have dinner at all the restaurant as a result we missed it and had to just dine at the buffet

When I got there ,the staff at the front, the bell man, offered me a wet hand towel to wipe my hand ,he then told me to leave my luggage and instructed me to wait for a another staff to take me to check in ,after checking in ,I was offered a drink ,a cool one as the climate was hot although it was in December,,which was nice The facilities were great, and I enjoyed every min of it ,the Room attendant that cleaned my room was nice and friendly, making me feel at home ., Kacie, keep up the good work ,overall all staff was lovely, room was clean and very nice Room 637

Everything was great, and there were no issues on my side. I loved every bit of it and will be taking back the girls with me in August

Booking.com didn’t pay my hotel bill when I paid for my flight and hotel together. I was then made to pay for my room on Monday 18th, 2023. Right now my hotel is double paid. Nothing has been resolved and I am out $2093.10.

Lots of different food and drinks to sample. The Drinks kept flowing Beautiful leisure complex. Would have liked to spend more time,but family took up most of our time.

The reception was always busy,If you wanted just to ask a question you had to wait in this queue all the time. There were no little greetings in the room. There was coffee and tea in the room but there was no milk and sugar or spoon to stir the tea. No biscuits. I think its because the room was prepared in a hurry. We got to the hotel at 3pm and the room wasn't ready until closer to 5pm

Checkin was pleasant and easy. Rooms were nicely appointed, quiet and clean. Was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a delicious IPA on draft. It was a walk to get it but it was worth it if you enjoy them. Shout out to Tendonian, he provided exceptional breakfast service on our departure morning. Also thanks to the kind Rasta man at the beach. We really appreciloved our engagement with him but never got his name.

Staff could engage guests more. Often times you have to approach them rather than them checking on you. Also, the Jamaican food items on the buffet were often in need of replenishment and you would have to wait on them.
