I loved the lobby area and the pool side our room view was absolutely gorgeous and the area at the bar looking out the sea Is very relaxing

the complimentary breakfast was cornflakes that was a turn off n if u wanted orange juice you had to purchase it plus the pool area was full of garbage that was there from we checked in to the other day, they need to get a janitor, the Water is very low when you’re taking a bath

My mother and I, both enjoyed the location and the facilities. Our room was on the top floor and the view was marvelous. The room was excellent and the balcony was great. The continental breakfast was good, the evening meals was lovely. The staff were keen to help us with anything from beach towels, accessing the safe, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

My father passed away in late April 2023 and the funeral was in May 2023. I felt it was wise to take my mother away for a few days. My mum, would have appreciated a lift to the top floor to get to her room. Also, the floor gradient from the swimming pool to the restaurant, you should watch out for. The bar is in the restaurant area at the back. There is a slight drop there as well. Hopefully, the refurbishment of the bar area will include leveling out the bar floor area with the restaurant floor.

DeMar Chin was absolutely helpful and pleasant when checked in. Always popping by to find out if we were ok and if there was anything he could do for us. Absolutely refreshing that he even made suggestions to help our stay more relaxing.

We had dinner in the restaurant and was awoken with loud knocking on our bedroom by a dining room staff to inform us that we didn't pay the tab. Bear in mind, that our credit card was on file and even when he was instructed that he could have left it on our room tab or waited until bfast he didn't see that. There was no hot water or light blanket in our room. No wash rags or face towels

Love the outside. The chef was outstanding. The food was excellent.

I love the room it was a very nice area because I could look out from the balcony just as I see it I the picture, the beach area was very clean and nice,

When I arrive , the reception at the front desk was not very friendly, but she did comes around ,and I didn't like the brackfast that comes with the package, but the Jamaica brackfast was very very nice that Chef know how to make fry dumplings and acke and salt fish it was so!!!!!!!! Good

The evironment was clean the staff was always at my service the view was beautiful the bartender was great.

I didn't like the fact that the menu at the restaurant was so limited when it was time for dinner all that was there was swimp and even the breakfast that was supposed to be complimentary was too light but the egg and toast bread I bought was good and the swimp I had for dinner was delicious.

The food was great , and I must say a big respect to the chef , he's full of customer service,when it's breakfast time he made sure to walk around to find out if everyone was ok.

The television in my room wasn't working, the shower drips all night , I reported it to front desk but for the 2 nights I stayed there no one shows up to solve the problem,and the dripping in the night was so annoying

When pulling up to the hotel it wasn't as pictured online but after walking in back to the restaurant area the view was awesome!

We arrived to our room had problems with the TV after fixing it we still couldn't watch it. We ordered food it took at least 2 hours to get and it was loaded with so much hot pepper we couldn't enjoy it my husband is Jamaican and he said it was even to much for him he was sick the whole night and most of the next day. The walls and doors are thin we heard loud guest running through the hall at 3am waking us up.

We requested a ground floor sea view and was not disappointed. Our view was the pool and the sea. It was stunning. Every morning we took a swim in the sea and a dip in the pool. The hotel was small and personal which was lovely. Staff went out of their way to help us. Highly recommend

The staff's are very nice. I didn't met Jada but I spoke with her over z phone. The young miss that show us our room was very nice I don't remember her name but she's slim, short and of clear complexion. The lady at the Bar was very nice too she have body and brown. The guy (waiter) was nice he's slim and dark. Smile I don't know their name's but their awesome customer service make u want to go bk apart from the comforts of the hotel. The pool is a plus my favorite 😍 ❤️ 💕 I recommend occean palm to everyone
