Great location just in front of Akita Castle Park and the bus right in front of the hotel. Service and staff were professional, quick and efficient. Pleny of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as conveniece stores and shopping districts within walking distance. At the bottom of the hotel there are cafes, convenices stores and shops as well as a bakery. Carpark is onsite and free as long as you approach the concierge

Not close to train station if you place on taking public transport however there is a bus that stops right in front of the hotel fromt he station.

The hotel offered excellent service right from the moment we stepped into the lobby. We dropped our luggage because it's not time to check in yet, and when we returned from walking around the city, it had been carried to our hotel room, which was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room came with a large working desk, which was exactly what I needed because I still had to do some online meeting even though I was on my holiday! There's a convenience store on the ground floor, and the hotel is only across the street from Akita Museum of Art, the city theater, Kubota castle ruins and park, and shops and restaurants/cafés.

When it comes to location, I'd say it's excellent if you consider its proximity to the city's park and castle ruins, and also the museums. However if your luggage is heavy and big, walking to the museum might be a bit difficult (but still too close to justify a taxi for us). The staff was wonderful, but not everyone could speak English although they would still do their best to serve you. The price was a bit steep for a city like Akita, yet it did not include breakfast yet.

The location is great. It is in front of the beautiful museum, and a short walking distance to the castle park. There is a bakery and a convenient store located on the lobby floor. The room is tidy, and is good size to stay for few nights.

I wish they had a drawer to keep my clothings, but other than that, it met my requirements. And if I could add more, I wish they had Onsen big bath...

It was my second time staying here. The staff is always very friendly and greets me with a smile. This time I arrived early, and the staff let me park my luggage until my check-in time. The hotel is located at a walkable distance away from most noteworthy things in Akita city, including the station. The almost built-in 7-11 is also very convenient for emergency snacks and drinks!

Very well connected to the airport (the limousine bus stops in front of the hotel), and within walking distance to the most important sites of the city. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast had both Japanese and Western options. The hotel has its own bakery shop with good quality products, and there is also a convenience store on site.

No storage options for clothes in the Room ( standard Room) Breakfast with no real opportunity for fibres . Nudles with vegetables every day “infected” with scrimps ( I am allergic)

Big and comfortable room. The twin beds were large and comfy too. The staff is nice.

No Onsen facility but the bath was big enough. It takes about 10-15 min to walk to the train station.

Great convenient location, super spacious room in which I had an immense desk to get work done, wifi was relatively fast. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary but it was good! Would totally stay again

The location, the staff, the rooms, if you hesitate, don’t. This is the right choice.

There was some rumbling sound to be heard in the room, especially in the evenings. Probably bathroom vent which could not be turned off. But it was fine.

Very good location. Close to Akita Station and next to Senshu Park! Hotel is also beautiful on the inside.

I had trouble finding lightswitch for the room but it might be just me being clumsy.
