I used this hotel as a base to go to Disneyland. It is a bit further away (approx. 40-50 minutes) but it was easily accessible by monorail and by subway (Chuo Line). On the positive side, it is the opposite side from Tokyo Station so when all the crowds go in the other direction when the park closes, you have a quiet and calm subway line back to the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious with a decent-sized bathroom. Kobini is just a minute away. Breakfast is served in the local restaurant. If you want to visit Tokyo, you must allow yourself +30 minutes. Great value for money.

Booked room with breakfast. Great idea that they allowed you to use the breakfast coupon for lunch or dinner as a form of voucher to offset the cost if you miss or decided not to have breakfast. Location. if you alight at Chiba Station (note there is another Daiwa Roynet Chiba Station. Not Chiba Chuo), you take still take a walk of 10 minutes thru the C.One malls. The mall has great shopping, including massage if you need one. Not to mention there is a SOGO besides the station too. At the 10th floor or SOGO, there is a great soup dumplings place. Besides around the hotel you are many food options. It is also nearby to the monorail and other lines. Just to note though there is touting for club behind the hotel. Reception areas is huge and room size is comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. It also thoughtfully provides many supplementary items like hand cream, facial cleanser in small disposable pack. Hotel staff is also helpful and friendly. House keeping is throughout. 5 and 12 floor also provides vending machines and microwave open.

There may be slight noise coming from the traffic light buzzer. If you sensitive to noise, may be an issue if you facing the cross junction..

DIDNt receive any more water during my stay as I ask to not clean. I know it’s a smoker hotel but come on guys ! use some désodorisant when clean room ! open the windows . was Awefull even if I sleep during 3 days windows open (night and day). my friend was at 14th floor and his room wasn’t smoking smell and nice bed. I stay at 8th floor was smoking smell and hard bed. AC not working , hopefully a small ac is hidden down of the office .

I LOVE this hotel. I stayed here on the end of my last Japan trip, and two nights wasn’t enough. This time I stayed longer, to enjoy the excellent bath, proximity to many restaurants, hoo transport and very comfortable room. I will always stay here at the end of my Japan trips from now on.

The elevators are outrageously slow. Considering there are three, it makes even less sense. I became very frustrated at the long wait times, no matter what time of day. I think they should really look into why the elevators are so slow?!

It's right to the opposite side of the Keisei Chiba-Chuo stop so it saves you walking distance if you have a lot of luggage with you. The 7-eleven is also just one crossing away if you need a quick bite or want something else to drink not available at the vending machines. The hotel room is fairly spacious, what surprised me was that the bath and shower were separated, with the shower having both the shower head and ceiling option. This is not common to see from my experience and for those in cramped European countries, we often only have a shower in the house and are simply used to only showering instead of taking baths, so this was a nice change of scenery in hotels. Lots of natural daylight can come in if you move the curtains, which can happen with ease here, another nice bonus.

Being located next to a crossing can be very annoying, you WILL hear the noise that comes with Japanese traffic lights for people crossing by foot, most likely for the purpose of blind people, so they have to rely on the noise for indication. The hotel's reception is not located on the ground floor and will always stop at the lobby before going to the ground floor, this is appparently required by law, but that doesn't make it any less annoying, I don't see why the reception wasn't made on the ground floor. The options to eat around the area aren't immediately obvious ,so you will have to look closely and also watch the closing time. All my other annoyances is equally not directly related to the hotel, so I will keep it here.

Great location, directly opposite Chibachuo railway station. Lots of very good restaurants around, plus plenty of convenience shops. Breakfast was great, with wide selection of Japanese and Western food and good coffee. Rooms small but very clean. Only downside is the incessant loud beeping of the pedestrian crossings outside which can really get on your nerves if you are trying to work, but luckily this is turned off at night so doesn't keep you awake. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you won't be in the room during the day!

Great location next to the train station and very comfortable rooms.

The check in process was made so much harder than it should have been because of having to do a mix of desk check in with the concierge and then self check in at a kiosk, but due to the concierge mixing up our room keys between the different rooms (we had six people checking in under one booking), they ended up having to completely do the check in at the desk which would have just been easier in the first place!

It's a good location. 11 mins walk to Chiba Station. Closest station is Keisei line ChibaChuo Station going to Chiba station, which is perfect for a short commute and easy transfer. Room is clean, we got the triple room which means 2 single bed and 1 soda bed. Single bed can fit a combination of adult-1 kid and a couple. The sofa bed is a decent size as well good for 5'0-5'3ft person. Bathroom is awesome since it has the bath tub and 2 shower function and the best part is the bidet.

Can I suggest to provide 2 pillows each bed. That would be lovely.

Such a lovely hotel. All the trimmings. The best bath in the 15 hotels I’ve stayed at this trip in Japan! I really loved the wet room with overhead shower. Collect your own proper drip coffee sachets at reception. Really friendly and helpful staff, for the most part. Excellent location. Allowed late check out at a reasonable cost.

The clerk on the first day around 1pm was clearly annoyed by having to take my bag for an hour before check in time. She was perhaps finishing shift soon and couldn’t be bothered? It would be nice to get a fresh towel set even if you don’t have cleaning done; all the other hotels I’ve stayed at recently have provided them. And on the final morning, I saw others had them; perhaps I was forgotten?

The location of this hotel was perfect for being able to attend the Tokyo Auto Salon. There is a train station across the street, plus the main Chiba station is a 10 minute walk. You can catch the Narita Express train from the Chiba station. There was a massage chair in the room which was a nice feature. The bathroom was a standout feature for this hotel. Not your typical unit bath, which are standard in many Japanese hotels. Here the the vanity was large, and the shower and bathtub were separated by a glass wall and door. There is a rain shower head in the ceiling, and a large soaking tub, which was great after. full day of walking around the city. The room also has a small refrigerator, air purifier, and you can control the temperature of the room.

The bed was on the firm side, like pretty hard. I was on the 14th floor, but the room did not offer a view. The window was frosted. Not that this was a deal breaker. I only found one English TV channel, BBC World News.
