Location was incredible - right near Inagekaigen station, malls and shops, great restaurants, museums and beach walking distance, and overall a very pretty area! Hotel itself has everything you need: help yourself amenities and bath salts in the lobby, an attached restaurant, slippers and pajamas, nice space in room to hang clothes, washer dryer, vending machine, and very kind staff!

The breakfast there was great, I enjoyed my meals there.
The carpet was very dirty and I was awaken very early one morning by the smell of cigarette smoke. I opened my door and it was a very heavy bad smell. I never could go back to sleep. This is not the Hotel’s fault though.

great location and nice staff. everything was pretty clean and they give you everything you need like shaving knives\ bath salts\ every kind of cream you can imagen etc.. there is a supermarket nearby with is open until 1 am and they have a microwave down at the loby. train is 5 min walk from the hotel

It's super convenient. Close to the station, convenience stores, shops. They let us have a lot of different types of amenities for free. The building was old but clean.
If I had to say that I liked black or herbal tea bags, not only green tea.

Everything was spot on and it was right next to a train station. Very nice staff, clean room, perfect for if you need a place to rest before or after travelling through Narita.

Good place. Better than expected. I rented a small room, but it was not that small. We were very comfy. Definitively we will come back on the future.

Aside from it's affordable price I like the friendly and respectable staff. I like it even more that the location is very ideal. Near stores, near station. Though I was unable to explore the place due to quarantine restrictions, I was still satisfied in general and I wish I could stay there again in the future.

the staff were polite and the location was good.
the accommodation was old but I wouldn't mind if it was clean. There was rubbish in the room when I arrived, the carpet, bedding, dirty bathroom and the hotel restaurant had cockroaches walking around on the counter.
