I stayed here for the purposes of going to Makuhari Messe Hall, and whilst it's a little out of the way if you plan to walk & save money as I did, it's 100% worth it! Fantastic facilities at such an affordable price I really can't complain one bit. Train travel is easily accessible nearby. The staff had some trouble communicating in English but I really can't fault the hotel or staff for this, I realise i'm the fish out of water in this situation, they went above and beyond to help with what they could!

The staffs were very approachable during our visit. I must compliment the Dutch manager (my bad for not asking for his name), he was extremely helpful and warm and our exchanges were very pleasant. He shared with us his personal experience living in Japan. We were served by Bisei when we arrived, he was very forthcoming in helping to answer my queries. When we checked out of the hotel, Miss Wang from the frontdesk went out of her way to explain very clearly how to get to the airport, reminding us repeatedly not to alight at Narita Station but at the Narita Airport Terminal 2&3 Station. The spa on Level 6 is a must go, very clean and well maintained. Both the male and female spa are separated on both side at this level with a small pantry in between. Besides a water dispenser (hot and cold), you can find a ice machine and a microwave oven. Not forgetting the housekeeping staffs, they were very polite and responsive with their ever smilling face. Excellent staffs!

The location is a little quiet, there is not much to see nearby. Took a little effort to get to the nearest train station. Perhaps the shops in the adjacent building are still not opened due to the pandemic.

Very reasonably priced mid-range hotel with an (almost) 24-hour onsen and rooms much bigger than you'd get for anything close to the same price in Tokyo. Would recommend if going to a conference or similar in the area, although Chiba itself is quite industrial with not much to see or do.

The option of ordering room service would have been welcome.

The bathing facilities, which included multiple outdoor baths, rainfall style showers, and a sauna, were excellent. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and offered a wide variety of food. The rooms were spacious.

There were only vending machines on a few of the floors. There aren't a lot of options for dining immediately near the hotel.

The hotel is all good! The view from the room is just amazing! The beds are very comfortable. And the onsen is ok! Not the best ever seen, but more than ok. The outside baths are a great experience.

nothing, all was very OK! Maybe a little thing. To put some water bottles in the room. I wasn't comfortable with the tap water.

Good check in, lovely large room and view. Really enjoyed this room after bad stay at Daiwa Royal at Minamiboso. Good value for money. In a quiet part of town but linked via the shinjuku park.

Quite a distance from eating and shopping places. Parking for hotel guests at 1000 yen per day could be cheaper than more central places

The front desk staff, especially Nyomi and the manager Roger were extremely helpful and accommodating. The ocean view room is great. On a clear day you can actually see Mount Fuji.

The internet speed can be improved for sure. Also, beds and pillows need a bit of an upgrade. But overall they are alright.

Ofuro was great. Breakfast was great. Fell asleep like a rock the moment I lied down. The staff was amazing when providing help and support, especially since I spoke no Japanese. Hotel accomodations provided English signs to make my stay as accessible as possible.

Bedding could be cleaner. Noticed fraying on the box mattress in my room.

My room had a fantastic view on the top floor. It was quiet, calm and the bed was very comfortable. Staff at check-in & out are very super super friendly. Would I stay again? Yes! Thank you :)

Multilingual staff helps me a lot. It’s a large hotel with open air bath yet has a relatively cheap price.

Seems like a very old hotel that took over by the current company and rebranded it with a modern name.
