The service is friendly, the location of the accommodation is very good, and the parking problem was informed in advance. The room is very clean, and there is free coffee available 24 hours a day. Overall, it is very good. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time I have the opportunity, and I will recommend it To my friends in Taiwan.

What I’m rather dissatisfied about is that I stayed for two consecutive days and had to walk to visit the scenic spots the next day, so my car remained in the parking lot of the hotel because my car didn’t move. Therefore, I think it is a bit unreasonable to charge me 2,000 yen for parking fee (AM11:00-15:00). PS: Because I stayed for 2 consecutive days!

we had beautiful views including canal , park and the ACROS building- and a spacious room that was thoughtfully designed. it’s in a great location near 2 subway lines. also there’s a roof terrace which sadly we didn’t know about till check out. maybe we’ll be back one day to enjoy that too

as we don’t speak Japanese- we probably missed some information such as knowing there was a roof terrace. but staff were friendly and helpful

Nothing to fault with accommodation, everything worked. Staff were courteous and capable. Hotel is in a great location within sight of the ACOS building and 5 minutes from Airport or Tenjin line subway stations. 15 minutes walk from the underground shopping arcade. Commendable eco room service option.

Breakfast lacks variety, only a fixed menu was offered. Couldn't work out how to get international news channels on TV.

Wonderful location close to Tenjin and a nice view overlooking a river and a park. Facility was clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was also a very nice addition. I would definitely stay here again.

I had no serious complaints. It was not clearly marked that only one of the two elevators went up to the roof so that lead to some minor confusion.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to trains, buses, shopping and restaurants. The staff was great. Super friendly and helpful.

The pillows are not comfortable. They feel like they are made of pebbles. The breakfast is a set menu and same each day. Went the first day but not the next one since it was just ok.

A very elegant hotel, at a very nice and quiet location, at the city center of Hakata. Clean, very well organized, and the stuff was charming, kind, and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend if you want to be at the center of all things happening in the area, but still like a quiet space for sleeping

It is located at a prime location where you can find everything within 10 mins walk and 40 mins to the airport by train

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Hotel room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the surrounding area. Location was convenient as it was close to the train station and popular restaurants.

The location of the hotel was very close to the venue where I suppose to meet my coworkers!

Room size is spacious, room design is good. Hotel locate in central of Tenjin near Canal city.

The breakfast is good quality but should have more varieties and choice for guest to choose.
