Spacious and bright room, comfortable bed, fast check in. Our room had a washing machine with a drier (and washing liquid) and a microwave which made it super comfortable. Quite a nice city view from a 10th floor. A few convenience stores just next doors.

The room was tidy but it wasn’t spotless clean - there was some dust here and there and the bathroom had old water spots everywhere. There’s no daily cleaning (which we didn’t mind) but it looks like there’s no proper cleaning between stays either. Also, I’d rather had the floor vacuumed then the towels exchanged daily. the doors aren’t soundproofed - the hotel is quiet in general but when a group of people started talking loudly on the corridor at midnight all of a sudden we could hear it all.

The room size is good. The beds were soft and the pillows were enough for a room of 4. Front desk are 24-hours available. The staff was really helpful and taxi can be found easily. There was a coffee bar and ice-making machine provided for free at 24 hours. Air conditioner was in good condition and temperature could be adjusted easily. There're many store around the hotel. Yoshinoya/sukiya were just next to the hotel. Big camera and Daimaru were around 5 minutes walk. The airport was around 15 minutes away from the hotel.

Location is very convenient to many eatery areas, the room is small but all facilities are available.

Reception staff speaks very little English need a translation app for conversation. Limited Housekeeping , didn't change bed and pillows linen even after my 6 days stay. Need to pay extra for this service is ridiculous ! Breakfast is at an Italian restaurant and the food is a mixture of Italian and Japanese, no fresh fruits very limited selection, not recommended for paying yen1870

the room layout is nice to open 2 large suitcases and cabin luggages comfortably, excellent room facilities (they even have microwave, washing machine, sink, induction stove in the room), good location

the staffs are not good in english, I experienced some miscommunication regarding this stay. Firstly, I ordered two rooms under two different names but the staff insist that I only have 2 rooms under 1 name (I have showed my booking but she keeps telling me don’t have other name in the booking which is very weird). Secondly, I ordered the taxi through front desk on the night of 26th June 2023 for my morning flight the next day. I asked the staff whether there’s taxi that suits 4 people with 4 big luggages, she didn’t speak much and talked on the phone then said 1 taxi is enough. on the next day I found that she ordered 1 sedan taxi :) gratefully, the taxi driver helped to order another taxi.

i had stayed most of the trip at another hotel near by that was quite basic and want some creature comforts for the last evenings. I expected from the photos that it would be better but for a 3 star hotel with the prices charged it was amazing. Rooms are very modern/new. Has a washer dryer in the room you can load and leave so now need to wait around. microwave also was a plus. beds were firm but not hard and duvet was comfortable. I was on a high floor so it was a silent night (for the first time that trip). Location is close to two metro lines and the island center (Tenjin). Breakfast was great and once seated you get landed with a cooked breakfast western style with a japanese twist. loads of choice for breakfast also. Bathroom is very high spec and everything very clean.

Having stayed in three different hotels in Fukuoka, I must say that this hotel offers the most spacious twin room. The inclusion of a washing and dryer machine in the room is quite convenient. Furthermore, the location is excellent, within walking distance to Yatai Yokocho, and Tenjin underground shopping is just a short 10-minute walk away.

The doorway is quite narrow, and the door opens outward, which resulted in a few accidental bumps for my toddler when others opened their doors.

Tokyu Stay Fukuoka was conveniently located to the train station, restaurants and shops. It was easy to get to by the metro. The hotel also had a washer/dryer which my family needed after traveling for quite some time. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My family and I had a positive experience staying at Tokyu Fukuoka and will definitely share our experience with friends and family looking for accommodations in Japan.

Washing machine and dryer (2 in one) was excellent . It wasn’t noisy. Room is not too squeezy. There’s space to walk around . Location is quite good. Would stay here again for the washing machine and dryer!

It is clean but some marks on wall here there , could have been scrubbed or wiped off by housekeeping . I’ve been to spotless hotels but this isn’t one. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Staff members were friendly and helpful to answer questions. Cleaning items, tea bags, free coffee and ice were available for customers in the lobby. It took about 10-mins to a subway station. Nice to have a washing machine and a microwave in our room!!

A 15-walk was needed to find a big supermarket. Luckily, some convenience stores were close to this hotel.

The room is clean with lots of charging points, air conditioning, microwave and washer/dryer are great. Bed is comfortable and hotel provided 2 pillows for each guest. Location is excellent.

Breakfast spread is a little bit limited and the menu does not changed much. Almost had same breakfast for 7 mornings. However, the quality of the food is great!
