Property is located at Tenjin area where you can go shopping by 13mins walking distance. Many restaurants are around the hotel quite sure you can find your favourite. Good and well decorated. Everything seems neat and clean. Subway is just opposite to the hotel so if you don’t drive, its access is good. There is a parking storey attached to the back of hotel so it’s convenient. Daily parking costs JPY 1,800. I found this price is competitive with other places around the property. Room is nice but small. Wi-Fi is good. You have all necessities and amenities. It’s Japan.

Room is too small for two persons and luggage. But I believe the pricing is reasonable if you want to get something you feel reliable.

Checking in was smooth and pleasant. Front desk staff were friendly. However, banquet staff were perpetually busy so the breakfast was more like a turnstile for the staff. This hotel takes group tours so we can understand their harried-ness. Housekeeping was both efficient and thorough. Room was both clean and comfortable. Room and toilet amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Location is awesome. Very close to subway station. Also, quite a few eateries and convenience stores within walking distances. Had a pleasant stay but would have my options open the next time we're in Fukuoka.

The Cleaners were excellent and the restaurant staff. Location is next to the Subway and a short walk to Tenjin.

The reception staff were efficient but not all comfortable dealing even with foreign customers. It was obvious despite speaking very slowly with and smiling.I could feel it. It IS a Hotel where now many clients are foreigners. Stayed for 2 weeks. I was told at reception that my one harmony card was on the system and will get the points. Didn't happen.Overall good. We asked for softer pillows but we're brought the exact same pillows by the manager on the day. Way Too hard.

Subway exit (3) right at the hotel entrance, so it’s convenient to travel to other parts of Fukuoka. Exit 6 with lift across the street when with luggages. Convenience stores nearby. Walking distance to Tenjin shopping center and several tourist attractions. Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom is decent in terms of cleanliness and space. Breakfast is pretty nice and provides Japanese and Western cuisines.

Although the quality is quite consistent, a bit tired of the same dishes for breakfast after 5 mornings.

You could not ask for anything better

we’re having breakfast at the buffet you would get up to get more coffee or another piece of toast and it would clear off your table without even asking happen quite often some of the other JAL hotels they put a card on the table it says occupied and when you leave you put it on face down and then they know to come and clean your table it’s a good system other than that everything was perfect

Excellent location, easy to get to the subway, restaurants, and the castle ruins/Ohori Park. Rooms were exceptional and comfortable. Architecture was beautiful, really enjoyed the lobby for breakfast, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing! It was a great hotel. Would stay again. Just wish I had one more day in Fukuoka for the beaches and more shrines. Perhaps a baseball game next time.

the hotel just next to the underground station, one stop from Tenjin station, and is only a few stops from the airport. the neighborhood is a bustling area full of pubs and restaurants, but the hotel sits in a quiet road.

nothing. although many tours stay in the hotel during my 4 days stay, not inconvenient at all

Clean, good size room for Japan. Convenient location. Can log in to my Netflix on the TV!

Only a minor point, but I think it might be helpful if the staff can help to communicate with taxi drivers when taxi ordered via reception. We spent a lot of time with Google translate before we were able to leave.

Location is excellent. Very close to subway.

Over 90% items in buffet breakfast repeated every day. If they are plenty and all are yummy, then it may take turns to try all items. However, there is limited choice, and the taste is so and so only. A bit disappointed.

It's clean, right above Akasaka station and walkable to many eating places. Walked about 10 mins to the famous beef restaurant, izakaya and the famous yatai stall(小金） Hotel gives skincare kit too. Room size is not big but OK considering this is Japan.

The pillow is a little hard
