I needed to book the day of and was able to find this place for a decent price. It was a small room, but perfect for me. I pretty much stayed in the hotel and enjoyed having the water heater and microwave. When I ran out of some water and snacks, I could easily make a quick run to the convenience store down the street. It was quite cold, so I had the heater on and the room became quite warm. The hotel is also close to the station and not difficult to find.

The only problem I had was that my microwave wasn't cleaned out properly and there was some spilled liquid inside and it wasn't easy to clean myself in the little bathroom sink.

The room and bathroom was small, but as that's what you would normally expect in Japan. Also as a tourist, I wasn't planning on spending much time in my hotel room apart from taking shower and resting. Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were very clean, heat pump in the room, and as a bonus you are able to pick up amenities (toothbrush, slippers, towels, rubbish bag, bathing sponge, comb) from the counter as you require - no charge and no need to ask the staff. Staffs had limited English but did the basics and had no trouble - friendly also. Lastly, great value for money!

Situated conveniently for Daimyo and for the Akasaka metro station, connecting to Hakata station. There are 24 hours convenience stores nearby, alongside laundry (washing and drying) facilities in the hotel plus refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room was clean and a nice touch with a bathtub. Check-in was straightforward and the hotel allowed storage of luggage after checkout for collecting later the same day. A good place to stay for a solo traveler doing their own thing.

I love this chain in general. Sometimes the price is too high in some of the hotels, but generally, it's a good balance between money and quality. I prefer Livemax to APA in all cases. This hotel is quite new, so the room is still freshy clean! Amenities are standard set, so nothing to worry about. A small fridge is available for storing some food if you stay for a few nights.

Of course, it's not soundproof - this chain doesn't make anything against thin walls. And all the room door leave a 0,5cm space between the door itself and the floor, what means all the sounds from the corridor, including elevator doors, will sneak into your room and bother you from sleeping well. Also, windows are locked from opening, so you are not able to ventilate your room and bring some fresh air with oxygen - however now in COVID times it's very necessary! I don't want to breathe the same air as a previous customer in the room ^^ an opened door during cleaning time doesn't change the stucked air in the room much, as there is no air flow in the room at all.

The indian or pakistani [Male foreigner staff] staff is very arrogant. He did not even assist us to the counter checkin since we dont know what to do at first he just pointed his finger to the machine and leave us. He knew that we are foriegner too that is why maybe he did not prioritize us he is really different from a japanese staff. Please let that male staff know thAt hes japanese sounds Arrogant and rude.

Manager is superhelpful. Exceptional nice 🙂 and provide all info I needed in this new city. One of the best hotel managers in my life.

Nothing I don't like.

The staff was very helpful and kind..we were happy with our two connecting rooms, they were clean and came with amenities.

No complaints, it's near everything, so many parking pay lots near.
