GREAT value of money. Location: A few minutes walk to Akasaka metro station (1 station away from Tenjin)- on the way from the station to the hotel there is a pharmacy. It is also right next to AEON Maxvalue supermarket and another super market I couldn't remember the name of. The room: Exceptionally clean! Even though it was compact the amenities were more than adequate. The smart tv has been helpful. There was a fridge in the room. The wifi was smooth. There are also common spaces, shared washing machine, microwave etc in the hotel. Also the staff was not proficient in English, they were very helpful and could wisely communicate with me. They were friendly.

Not really an unsatisfactory matter, but there were mandatory cleaning on thr fourth day of your stay for each room. Also, the room was really compact which might be a problem for visitors with more than 1 large suitcases

The hotel facility is very good. everything efficient and comfortable. the rate is very competitive. the staffs are very nice. one of them can speak english but even the one that don't , make an effort by using google translate to communicate with us.

Actually none. But just make note that the room is small. So, it may be a bit cramp for those travel with lots of luggages. The location is a bit further from tenjin. To go shopping on tenjin, you need to walk about 10 minutes. a pleasant walk along the small street with shops.

Excellent location Clean facilities Small room but a big bed

Room temperature control sucks - after Nov 6, we couldn’t use a/c and even with a small opening of a window, we were in sweats, suffering and uncomfortable. Staff kneeling and working on the floor - please give them portable table to work with ease. It looked like the hotel was forcing them to “get down and work on the floor”.

A very very good location at a very reasonable price. Near Akasasa station (which makes commutation to the airport and to several places in Fukuoka easy.) and within a walking distance from the Tenjin area. Surrounded by several supermarkets (MaxValue, Lawson, Family mart, Sunny etc.). The room is quite small but is well designed in terms of function and comes with a lot of amenities.

Avoid rooms XX03 and XX05 as it is near the utility room.

Hotel is located near everything in the heart of shopping area and restaurant. Room is clean and comfortable bed which value of price.

None but the cleaning service is on daily but you have to put the sign to clean the room by 9am if after that maid will not provide service even you put the sign but they will provide you the new towel and bathrobe hanging at your door instead.

The staff are very polite and helpful

The temperature in Fukuoka is still around 24 degree celsius. I want to adjust the air conditioner in room to cool to cold mode but fail. It can only blow out the warm air. After asking the staff, they said the air conditioner has changed to heat mode already. The only way to do is open the window.

Location was good, very modern and clean.

Breakfast was a bit sparse. The first room they gave me was directly next to a catpark. Spending 10 days there I did not want the lights, the noise and people looking in from the carpark. They kindly moved ne to a room on the 8th floor, very quiet.

location is so good, near Akasaka station and has connivance store around the hotel. staffs are so nice, good help and able to communicate in English Provide new towel every day! I love everything about this hotel :)

Staff were friendly and polite. The room was small but perfect for a solo traveller. The area itself was perfect, and there was always something to do nearby.

The area around the hotel gets very busy on Friday nights. But that is to be expected.

excellent location of the hotel. the room is good and has sufficient air conditioning. the staff is helpful and able to speak English which helps me a lot for check-in.

the bathroom has some bad smell (probably from drainage system) even I used the air freshener.
