Right next to a laundromat if you want to dry your washing! About a 15min walk to Hakata Station, only difficult when you’re carrying a whole heap of luggage but otherwise great location! Very peaceful and quiet :) The rooms though - MASSIVE compared to most hotel rooms in Japan, absolutely loved! So much space and loved that the toilet and bathroom were in separate rooms!

A bit of a lost in translation moments, check in information/instructions was provided in Japanese which you had to copy and paste into a translator app yourself and there was a link in there that anyone could have easily missed that also was in Japanese and had valuable information regarding accommodation tax, so when mentioned upon checking in (via an audio call I might add, as it was unmanned), we were confused and again also due to the language barrier was slightly miscommunicated.

Great location. Awesome room. It’s really just a room and a good one. Would be excellent for a long stay if you’re self sufficient as the room has everything you need to make meals on your own. Even a washing machine/dryer combo. Very modern with keyless entry everywhere, and all digital manual for the room. Helps to speak just a little Japanese though they have English staff available. Note there isn’t really any extras. You get a great room. It’s huge by Japanese standards. But the building is not staffed 24 hours. Though you can call any time day or night if you need help. We loved it. I can see why it’s not for everyone.

What did we like? Everything...Location : surrounded by eateries so we didn't starve. Well-located and served by subway and buses. Walking distance to Hakata Station, Kushida Shrine, supermarkets and convenience stores. Service : Though unmanned, we could easily contact the office for help, information, etc Room Size: with a sitting area, it was good temporary home. Especially liked the bathroom and toilet.. Room furnishings & supplies: Efficiently laid out with sufficient supplies for our week-long stay. Comfort level: Firm wide beds with comfortable pillows and a good shower to soothe our tired bodies. Check-in/Check out: a breeze!

Great location, large room, frig, micro, washing machine. There was a stove and cookware but we didn’t use it. Netflix for the kids! Secured entry. Bathroom had a drying feature so our clothes dried fairly quick. Convenience stores, supermarket, restaurants all nearby

Unmanned hotel but fairly easy checkin if you prepare in advance. Messaged staff prior to stay and they were responsive. May have been inconvenient if we needed immediate assistance on site though, but everything went smooth on our stay

Location was okay, just nice few mins walk to station Clean property (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen) EXCELLENT water pressure makes my shower time enjoyable GOOD CHOICE of hairdryer (panasonic) makes me want to get one

Check in with iPad is not helpful if you want to use luggage transfer services like Yamato. Instead, u need to bring the luggages to the nearest station to send one.

Great sized room and facilities within the room. With a kitchen and washing machine this was by far one of the best stays i had whilst visiting Japan. Check-In process was easy and codes on doors was beneficial as you didn't have to worry about a room key. Would highly recommend for a family or a couple that are staying multiple nights looking for fuss free accommodation.

There was nothing i disliked about this stay.

The place is very clean and comfy to stay. The room is very spacious and it's good to have washing machine and laundry powder for laundry. The drying function in the bathroom could help drying our clothes overnight.

Just one minor point is the bed sheet and blanket cover are quite rough and makes us difficult to fall asleep on the first night

This hotel is an "unmanned hotel" with no staff on site. The room is clean and big. We booked the Superior Triple Room and there is a washing machine in our room so we can wash our clothes in our room. There are quite a few convenience store nearby.

Since this is an "unmanned hotel" with no staff therefore there will be no room cleaning service and garbage disposal service during your stay and the self garbage disposal instruction is not too clear.

Room size is very spacious and cozy.. really nice to stay in the room. Washing machine is available. Location is close to family mart and 711. Nearby bus stops too. Only 4 bus stops away from hakata station. Reach fukuoka airport in 10mins by train, however still have to connect to shuttle bus which was very long queue. Overall nice stay in fukuoka.

Late check in at 11pm without anyone attending us. Suggest to check in early before 10pm to avoid waiting time. Overall good service, easy to checkout too.

The check in and check out procedure was very easy. The room was very large and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were ample towels and bath essentials. It is a great place for families and near Hakata Station, the main river walk, shopping and many restaurants.

There were no dressers or places to put your clothes. Plenty of other furniture but no storage to allow you to unpack your suitcase.
