Great location that is walkable to many areas, and the room was greatly designed to feel spacious despite the compact size, and we really appreciate the freely offered beverage/amenities. Close to subways and the trip to the airport through subway is only like 10-15 mins.

We wished the staff could have arranged a taxi to the airport for us, but there were some complications. It wasn’t an issue in the end though as we ended up getting to the airport via the near-by subway. (We could also technically have flagged a taxi passing by on the main street as there were many even during the early hours.)

This hotel was so cute and comfortable! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I arrived before check-in so I decided to wait the one hour until I could check in. They were able to check me in 30 minutes later and when I went to look for my luggage they told me it was already in my room. I certainly was not expecting that level of service but I sure did appreciate it. The breakfast was adequate as well.

It's not a big deal but people should know you have to turn the water heater on in the bathroom to get hot water. I let the cold water run for a while before I figured out I might be doing something wrong. lol

Check in is smooth and quick. There's only one lift to all rooms but it's quick fast. The lobby area isn't big but it has all the things we need. There's a corner serving tea and coffee 24/7 and a self-served station where you can get toothbrush, slipper, and other toiletries. Room is of good size for my family (3 Adults and 1 toddler). Amenities are clean and polished. Location is amazing - it takes us 5 mins to a shopping streets where a lot of restaurants and shops are located, 10-20 mins walk to all the busy spots. It's only 12 mins ride by Taxi to the airport.

We need to go to the reception area to get the extra towel because they did not prepare enough for us as they don't have a in-room phone for us to call the reception. We lived on the 2/F which is quite noisy at night with the cars still passing by.

Staff were most helpful and pleasantly nice. . Coffee tea and other snack items were available all day. Towels and bottled water were delivered to the door daily. Amenities such body towel, comb, razor were freely available in the lobby for guests. They even had small slippers and toothbrush for children and umbrellas for guests to use on the rainy days. Location was within walking distance to many attractions and dining places. Triple rooms were large enough . Room amenities such as refrigerator, safe, a sizeable closet and a dressing gown helped make our stay comfortable . There were only 4 rooms per floor, thus the place was quiet and homey.

While breakfast quantities were sufficient, dishes were the same every day. We stayed for 5 days and there was hardly any change to the various offerings. the dishes were mostly Japanese , served in small plates. Only one or two fruit variety served in one small slice . Offered Western dishes were basic, mainly breads, yogurt ,cereals and sausage . Other than these, the breakfast buffet was satisfying and value for money . One great thing- coffee was most delicious, and there were a number of drinks choices . In the room , only a Japanese type seating pad and low table were available, not a regular chair or table.

The hotel faces a main road and can be noisy at times - esp with trucks and motorcycles going past at night or early morning. Lots of eating places and a small local Japanese eatery next door sells delicious ramen and gyoza. May be a bit far to walk to Tenjin or Hakata, and you can take public buses for Yen 150 for less than 10 mins ride. Good value for money. Use the side door for quick entry and exit (before midnight).

noisy as insulation of hotel room windows facing the road can be better. all the toiletries and coffee/tea / drinks are available free of charge at lobby area.

The hotel is in a really good location, and easy to find, with plenty of coin parking options nearby. The receptionist explained their cleaning schedule clearly, and amenities were plentiful. We really appreciated the drink bar at the end of a long day. The tatami area was really good to spread out in, especially when were packing our luggage. I'm about 175cm, and I could comfortably sleep in the futon, with plenty of space on the tatami to fit another adult. The roller shades were also appreciated so we could sleep in a little later haha. Overall a pretty spacious hotel with nice amenities in a good location!

The toilet smelled a little funky at first, but it cleared within the next day thankfully.

Stayed in the premium quadruple room for a family of 3. Spacious, cosy and good size room. Tatami area was perfect for small get-together at night. Room was well equipped with what we need, amenities are available at lobby. Breakfast is simple with a mixture of Japanese and Western selections.

No daily room cleaning. However hotel leaves fresh towels and water daily outside. You are to leave your used towels and waste outside of the room for collection before 12pm daily. Air conditioning operation is confusing. Cold air flow is fine but warm air flow is unstable. Room is sometimes too hot or no airflow.

It's a boutique hotel with four rooms on the floor where I stayed. Liked the size of the room which is quite spacious, especially in Japan standard. There's a tatami area which is not common in hotels in city center. The shower is strong and bed is comfortable. Location is very close to Gion station, with convenient stores nearby. Breakfast hasn't got much choice but it's generally nice and sufficient.

Would be nice if there's a working table with a chair, although there's a small table in the tatami area, it's a bit difficult to work for a longer period of time. Breakfast can offer more varieties. There's no car parking space for hotel guests but there's some small public carparks nearby, one is just at the back of the hotel which is convenient and inexpensive, we paid like 1300 Yen parking from midnight to around 10am the next day, so that won't be a problem.

We like that the location is not far from city while being near to the older quarters of Fukuoka. The room is slightly more spacious than standard Japanese business hotels and there are many interesting small and good eateries around the hotel. This was convenient as we had several heavy rainy evenings. The ambience of the hotel is calm and soothing despite being a tourist hotel.

The rooms open into open hallways and it can be cold during autumn and winter when one goes down for breakfast without a coat.

Little bit away from main street so it was quiet and comfortable. But we could reach Canal city and many restaurants by walk in 5-10min. There are many cvs and small local restaurants around hotel. The building was quite new. All the facilities were well maintained. Staffs were really kind. Room condition was good and clean but there were stains on the carpet. But it was still clean compare to other fancy hotels. And it was roomy so we could open 3luggages at a time. (Most Japanese rooms are tiny.) It was really nice. If I visit hakata I will stay this hotel again. Thank you for your service!

Regular carpet cleaning.
