Nice hotel in a good location. The hotel looks quite new and fresh, it is clean and nice. The rooms are nice and comfort, breakfast is also ok. The location is also good - walking distance from train station, but also the streetfood area. The Staff speaks English :) They have also a small public bath, which is very nice.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was pleasant and had a good variety. Room was well appointed, modern, clean, and bed was comfortable. Soaking in the public bath was nice after a long day of walking, but beware of the behavior of other guests.

Unfortunately, this hotel does not provide instructions on the use of the public bath for those who may not know. It was disappointing to observe many guests entering the bath without washing first and it made the water less clean. Some guests also stood while showering and splashed on others. Guidance on etiquette should be provided for guests who are not familiar with the use of the public bath.

Lovely location in Fukuoka and the facilities at the hotel are great! They've even got a currency conversion machine in the lobby so you don't have to hassle or worry about going to an exchange!! Lovely staff and the hotel room was always kept cleaned to a great standard.

Unfortunately there seemed to be a bit of a roach problem and this made me very paranoid especially at night and after discovering a few roaches the size of my fist in the bathroom. I know this is hard to control especially during the summer but please ensure more is done to prevent the infestation!

The room was comfortable and seemed newly renovated. The bathroom was also clean and tidy with relatively wide bath tab. Room controlled air-conditioning, hair dryer, fridge, water pot, comfortable pajamas were available in the room. The receptionists were kind and friendly. I saw a few guests checking out 11:15 instead of 11:00 am but they didn’t have to pay extra for the late check-out. Open air parking was available for seven vehicles. Breakfast was available for 1,650¥ but I didn’t have enough time in the morning to try it despite of the fact it seemed very nice food.

Unfortunately, Chinese guests were rude in the public bath talking loud and acting mannerless, so I gave up using the bath. Educational instructions for using the hotel including bath should be made somehow.

Great location and helpful staff. Everything is available with English translation. Lots of lovely touches such as bidet in the bathroom, microwave, iron, laundry and seeing if the laundry and public bath is in use through the TV. The bath in the ensuite is half the size of European baths in terms of length but quite wide so suited my body shape.

Some furniture in the room had dents and chips in the wood. The chair in the room was stained and when I sat on it I suddenly got an insect bite on my thigh so I didn't use it again . The pyjamas were too small for me. I am a size UK 16/18. The public bath was crowded most of the time even at midnight. Tv only has 8 channels all of which in Japanese. The breakfast was a little disappointing in terms of choice of food. The bacon was extremely oily and no butter/toast available. No black tea available either. The pillows were filled with tiny balls like some neck pillow and small. Uncomfortable.

Great Location, Good Breakfast and Well Appointed Compact Rooms. This is already my second time staying at the hotel and we returned precisely because it didn't disappoint :) The breakfast is good and the Staff really were helpful!!!

Elevators got really busy and smelly with people bringing in foods and coming in/out of the Onsen. Maybe some expectation management is needed around there. Also, the room looked clean but when I dropped my phone charger under the bed, I found that a lot of trash was swept underneath the beds. This is very unfortunate, please fix that.

Extremely clean. Not just clean, there were absolutely no signs of wear of any kind. It looked as if the hotel forgot they have this room before we visited them, like we were the first guests ever. If this cleanliness standard is equally applied to all rooms, then it's ridiculously impressive. We stayed for two weeks which gave as a good chance to examine the room in much detail; even under this scrutiny the quality of the room surpassed our expectations by a wide margin. The breakfast had a surprisingly wide selection of tasty stuff, large enough not to get boring after a long time. 10 min walk to Hakata station. Staff was very friendly and helpful with minor requests.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered as both the room and toilet were bigger than expected. Everything was sparkling clean and the double bed slept two people comfortably; it was not the usual small double in many other hotels. New towels were also provided everyday. The hotel was conveniently located near train stations and many attractions were within walkable distance. The staff was also helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay there again! Also, thank you for allocating the room according to our request!

Comfortable rooms with excellent beds. Mattress is on the firm side and the pillows have a mixture of buckwheat hulls and some fluffy material. They were nice and cool for the summer. Very quiet inside the rooms, no noise from the neighbors or nightlife. The ofruo (public bath) was also nice after a long day. Nearby to beautiful parks and walkways around the canals. Very convenient location to many restaurants and shopping.

A little bit on the far side from the train stations, but still very walkable.

-Got double room with dedicated chair on 7th floor - enjoyed view while working. Lower floors may get blocked by a building, but there is no building on either side of hotel closer than 5 meters, so you won't be staring into a wall. -Peaceful relax in clean indoor public bath. Water was hot, but not too much (I do not like hot water and this was good). -Did not even hear small fridge 1m from my bed. -TV shows occupancy/crowd status of public bath and washing machines. -Could store luggage hours before check in time. -Comfortably hard bed. -Breakfast offered variety of few Japanese deserts, 2 cereals, some eggs, beacon, pasta, potatoes, make your salad, but also Japanese style like spicy roe, fish, soup and many juices +tea/coffee. Worth the price. -Situated at quite side street, close to the main street and public transport. Wish ferry was delayed one more day, so I could enjoy longer stay.

Tattoo is not allowed in public bath, but every room has nice bathroom, so you can enjoy your private bathtub.
