1. Nest Hakata is in a perfect location, away from busy street but close enough to the train station. 2. Facility is very clean with great customer service. Communication was not difficult despite the language barrier. 3. Rooms are a bit small, well depends on type of room, but not bad for staying one night, clean room and bath.

There is not so much to judge as a negative since I stayed for one night only. I will say, facility is not so flexible with the person per room ratio. Although, I believe my family of 3 adults and a 1yr old could've stayed in a twin room, I had to purchase a single room for the third adult. However, this doesn't change my positive view of the hotel.

Location was very close to Hakata train station - ideal for our travel plans to other nearby cities. Cost was acceptable too, for a 3-star rated hotel. Hotel was very popular during our stay there, thus, only gotten rooms that were kind of small for my party of travellers. Fortunately, the hotel was able to accede to my request for the rooms to be changed (upgraded to bigger ones) at an additional cost. Stayed there for 6 nights, and was provided with fresh change of towels on a daily basis.

Breakfast was not included in the booking, thus, had to pay for it. The venue was usually packed with other patrons, from tour group(s), at the usual breakfast taking times. In order to avoid the crowds, and get a table for myself and the family, we went after it was emptier. They simply stopped replenishing the dishes, 30 minutes prior to end of breakfast.

Location Location Location very close to the Hakata station, if you planning to go other places that require take JR and want to control budge, this is the place for you. They provide luggage storage service once you checked out.

The room is small, don’t expect to open your large suitcase, you need to take your necessities out and close you suite case so can walk inside the room. But the size compare to other nearby hotels, this is already the best choice.

A hotel with underground access. The underground passage between the stations makes it easy to get to the hotel. (Hakata Station - Gion Station.) When you come out of the exit P4, you will arrive right in front of the hotel. Also, The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. A little expensive, but worth it. Luggage storage service is also available.

The breakfast seems a bit expensive compared to the quality.

Checkin was swift and easy. There is a laundry machine (coins) near the lobby. The room was not very spacious by European standards but very well-equipped, clean and comfortable. We stayed for one night before taking the ferry to Busan and it was perfect for us. Good location, too.

The air-conditioning turned itself off in the middle of the night...not sure what happened there, though.

Located at a quiet area. Though, it’s close to Hakata station. Clean and tidy. The shampoo, body soap, and conditioner smelled good and it was “organic” made.

My room faced to a huge window, so I was afraid I’m visible for someone when stayed in the room. The fridge doesn’t have a freezer part. Drip coffee was available in the room but, unfortunately, no sugar or green tea. The shower curtain was quite dirty, so I was afraid it will touch my body when taking shower.

The location was great, a mere 5 minute walk to Hakata Station and even closer to the subway entrance. The hotel was quiet with friendly staff. The laundry on the first floor is very convenient. Modern and clean, value for money.

If you like a sleep-in, the 8.30am vacuuming in the corridor might not be appreciated.

Overall feel is nice n cosy feel And with woody environment. Is also creative that the tap can move either to basin n bath tub.

The room is very small. With 1 large n 1 small luggage, is difficult to manoeuvre for 2 adult 2 children. Thou we did do booking for 2 adult 2 children, the bed Is kind of small.

Overall room was located in a great location. Just off main road, close to Hakata station and to other things in Hakata. Quiet. Room was well sized Staff were friendly. Internet speeds were good, could stream video and everything relatively well. Staff held bags for us all day so we could visit sumo tournament (we picked them up 7pm after checkout which was convenient).

Good location, 10 min walk from Hakata train station. Clean rooms. Free breakfast (even if indicated that separate charges applied). Rooms have all one needs, but were small.

The rooms were quite small, even for Japanese standards, especially the bathroom felt cramped. Good breakfast.
