Hakata Blossom Premier Hotel's location was slightly further away from Hakata Station than its older sister hotel, the Hakata Blossom. But it is a simple straight line 7-minute walk from/to Hakata Station and its shopping malls on the one hand and a simple 5-minute walk to the start of the shopping mega mall, Canal City, on the other. It is also in the heart of the orbit of Hakata's traditional shrines, temples, pharmacies, supermarkets, convenience stores, car rental outfits, street food and delightful restaurants. But best of all is the hotel's staff, many of whom were quite competent in English so that communication was easy. They were courteous, respectful and helpful.

Walking distance from Hakata station, which is about 10 mins away. Seemed very new, the bldg itself, room, lobby, facility (bath / spa) were nice. Front desk folks were very kind and efficient with check in & out. Complimentary water was provided and I was able to get them from the front desk too. Room was compact but effectively designed. Bathroom was great with spacious shower. Clean, crisp linen, good sound proofing.

Nothing. It’s one of those hotels where the lobby is not on the first / ground floor. It can be a bit confusing when first arriving.

This property has one of the best value per dollar spent amongst the hotels we have stayed in during our Japan vacation. The hotel provides incredible amenities within the rooms, up to the gold standard of any 4-star hotel. Furthermore the staff is amazingly helpful and kind. The room itself was of a decent size and made better with how well the layout is planned, allowing for the room to feel even more spacious. The room amenities were also of great quality especially the toilet facilities and the thermostat controls. These allowed us to have an incredibly comfortable stay in the hotel. The location of the hotel being walking distance from Hakata station was a huge plus and made our travels within Hakata far more convenient as well.

This property is exceptionally good. Lovely rooms .. and the staff in their lounge were just so courteous (especially T. Nagai). They also have a separate (private) Men and Women onsen inside the hotel. They also have a coin laundry, which was very helpful. The front desk unfortunately didn't understand much English, but still tried their best to help.

The only thing that I didn't like about the property was the mold in their bathroom. Their tiles and grout are dark in colour so I think the staff misses it. But their is a lot of mold in the bathroom. Which is also growing on the stool in the bathroom. My husband and I have mold allergy, so we kept the bathroom doors shut at most times. Was very hard to shower at times.

Location was very good and appreciated that the room was spacious. Also enjoyed the Japanese bath. Breakfast buffet is very nice, offering enough variation for everyone. Rooms were very clean.

One of the reason why we decided to book this place was the fitness room. However, it could not be used between 9-15 h which was a problem for me as I was in Fukuoka attending a sport competition and the fitness room was part of my training program. So I had to change my plans and do some of the trainings outside which was not always ideal due to the weather. I tried to understand what the reason was for closing the fitness center during the day but did not receive a logic response, only that this is a rule. I can understand that they need to close the space for cleaning, but not 6 hrs. Especially for guests like us who stayed for more than 5 nights, this was inacceptable. Also, the fitness room is rather small and the equipment very simple.

Good onsen, stylish rooms, nice breakfast.

I had contacted the staff the day before to ask for a room accessible for my aged parent and the front desk acknowledged this in their reply to me. However when I checked in, the front desk did not seem to know/ be aware about this request and could not make arrangements. They were apologetic but it seems weird that they did not know I had made such a request? I stayed at the Blossom in Kunamoto and the staff/ service seemed to be better than this hotel.

we like the room and the vibes of the hotel and the hotel staff are great and provided great service..

it would be great if the hotel has some portable weighing scale to weigh our luggage in the room which i experienced in one of my Osaka hotels so that we don't need to repack our luggage at the lobby which is unsightly.. and the location is slightly further from Hakata station but still walkable distance.. the free drink machine could be better as some hotels provided matcha latte which is nice..

I loved this hotel! One of my favorites in our 6 weeks stay in Japan, I didn't want to leave, we extended our stay 2 additional nights. The design of the hotel is modern and so Japanese, every detail is WOW! From the lobby on the 4th floor to the design of the rooms and onsen area. Beds and linens are luxurious, amenities plentiful. Rooms so clean. My favorite part is the onsen which has a steam room as well, so relaxing and Zen. Location is perfect, close to all shopping and restaurants and the JR Station. Made our stay in Hakata very special.

I would upgrade our room next time to get more space.

Very convenient location in the middle of Fukuoka. Only a 1-2 subway stops from the main shopping areas (Hakata and Tenjin). Plenty of restaurants and cafes just downstairs, very convenient. Beautiful modern lobby with rooms to match. All the rooms were close to the elevators, with multiple elevators (no extended wait for elevators). Rooms were clean. Washing machine available (paid). Can also check washing machine availability on the TV in the room. Onsen good. Shower was large (separate to bathtub).

Probably needs more washing machines (very long wait)
