The location of the hotel is wonderful ! it is nearby everything from restaurant, sightseeing, shopping and JR train or bus stop. The facilities of the hotel is simple yet VERY WELL ORGANIZED !!! the hotel is VERY CLEAN and staff are helpful. We travel in a group of 7 people and booked 7 rooms for 7 nights. Hotel staff is very kind and arrange us all on the SAME FLOOR. it is very convenience for us to mingle around. The sound proof ability between room is FANTASIC ! though we laugh in room, my neighbour in the next door hear nothing.

There is NO VIEW from the window as all our rooms are facing to wall. It is a little unexpected. The mattress is rather soft. It took me a couple days to get used to it. Afterall it is a OK bed. The default bedding set up only come with one pillow for each bed. I asked for extra pillows at the front desk. The same room type of double room comes in 2 different room layout / set up. The square room offers better space to open big luggage, while the rectangle room offers literally no space for any movement.

Very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from Hakata station, which is a stop on the shinkansen and can also be very easily reached from the airport. Hotel is very clean and fairly new, and it was quiet. Although breakfast is a set meal and not a buffet at the moment due to the pandemic, the selection and quality was nice, including some local Fukuoka specialties.

Although it's very close to the station, it's slightly hard to find. The streets get pretty quiet once you get even a block from the station, and it was quiet dark in the surrounding area at night. There are only two elevators, which both stop at the 2nd floor lobby by default, so coming and going from your room can be a little slow. The room was not very spacious-- although it's a very nice, clean business hotel, it's still a business hotel.

After a long flight and resulting jet lag, we were so glad to stay in this very comfortable, spacious (Twin Room) and clean hotel at a reasonable price compared to hotels closer to the station. But walking a few minutes more will save you money and get you a more spacious room here. We asked for a high floor and our request was granted.

Breakfast was very generous and good, freshly prepared with a lovely staff, but the main offering of a mackerel daily doesn't change, so it gets tiresome after a couple of days. You do need to like walking to get to the station or other attractions, but we didn't mind, especially since Fukuoka was one of the most polite and pedestrian friendly bigger city we've ever had the pleasure to visit.

I'm delighted with my stay at this hotel. The room size is perfect for solo travellers: you can have your suitcase open and still have space to use the desk. The bed is comfortable and the area is so quiet. And the location is so convenient! Just 5 minutes from Hakata station, which means Shinkansen access to many other cities, easy access to the bus terminal to get to locations where trains aren't as convenient, or just an easy subway ride to the airport. I'm delighted with my stay and will stay there again if I need a hotel in Fukuoka in the future.

1. The location was great. Near the main station of HAKATA. (very convenient whether you travel from Fukuoka airport by bus or by subway to Hakata) They allowed us to store the luggage before check in time. You can get some toiletries/amenities eg: tooth brushes, tea, coffee at the hotel lobby. 2. Room was spacious (type A), and super clean. Water pressure very good. Room comes with air purifier/ humidifier. I like their idea of changing your bedsheet every 3 days as their routine. 3. Set Japanese breakfast for 1,300¥ is a good options for me.

I think the only minor thing I don’t like is their bathroom basin a bit too low for me.

The hotel is close to the Hakata station but far enough to be in a quiet area. The room was comfortable and functional. It was also very affordable even with the breakfast.

The elevator always stopping at the 2nd floor was quite rapidly unnerving The breakfast does not allow much variation as you have to chose between japansese style or western style. So it can become a bit repetitive. But it was still cooked and not completely a buffet which is nice.

We enjoyed the short walk to the station to the trains and buses that take you to all the tourist destinations. A nice quiet hotel close to some good local restaurants. There are coin op washing/drying machines. The room was quite small but adequate, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent. We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

Small thing but as the coffee was very ordinary perhaps a coffee machine that can be operated by the guests that makes cappuccino and lattes etc. would be nice.

Hotels near Hakata Station and Hakata Bus Terminal It's a five minute walk. The room does not have bottled water provided. Amenities are available in the second floor lobby. The staff are polite and very helpful. You can have hotel staff make restaurant reservations or call a taxi. If I come to Fukuoka, I will come back to stay again.

The pillow is too hard.

The hotel is very well located: easy to find and very close to the JR station. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and very quiet at night. It's a business hotel and western guests may expect a bigger room, but in Japan it's usual for rooms to be smaller. I found it very comfortable and have no complaints. It's also very easy to walk into the old district of Fukuoka, which is lovely, as well as the Canal City shopping district nearby.

It’s quiet, new and clean. It’s located in a good location, 3-5 mins walk to Hakata Station, 8-10 mins walk to Canal City. Staff are nice. Check-in is quite fast and check-out is a self service at kiosk. I didn’t make up room everyday but I got a new towel and bath-rope hanging in front of my door everyday. So thoughtful. I wanna stay in this hotel again if I came back to Fukuoka.
