location, near everything a tourist want to explore local. although small but everything in the room was all thought off.

Best location. Near Tenjin sation 160 meter. Good bed and good bathroom.

Due apartment do not have breakfast so should have microwave in the room. And should provide a coffee mug for 4 persons.

Good location, room feels modern and efficient, wish the room had natural lighting to feel more cozy. Easy Self-check-in, close to public transportation and convenience store.

The room was clean and wide,comfortable. But I thought I need pj and light for mirror. Though the system and room were perfect would like to go next time

The location was great and walking distance to Hakata Canal City, Yatai stalls, it has plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from and great shopping. My son even picked up his first Gundam figure at the Fukuoka store.

Room smelled like barbecue during the day as it didn’t have adequate ventilation as it only had 1 window that faced the vent side of the restaurants.

There have 4 individual beds, good for family

When I get in the room, we found many area accumulated of dust. The toilet is not clean. Some rice I found in the upper beds. Definitely, no staff cleaning room regularly.

Place was small. Bathroom and shower was small. It was the size of a coat closet. Room was really small. No room to sit and relax. Don't let pictures fool you. I didn't even stay. I took the loss and checked out same day.

The location of the hotel is very good. Near to restaurants, shopping area like Canal City. Tenjin areas is only a walking distance. We would like to stay in this hotel again if we are going to visit Fukuoka again.

We arrived early from Osaka. But sad to say we need to wait more than 1 hour or almost 2 hours before we check-in. In my experienced as a traveler, usually if we arrived earlier to the hotel depending to the flight arrival or trip we can check-in early and we can request to the hotel eventhough to leave our luggages only. Because for us we need to eat lunch and since we have luggages we cannot leave our things. So if possible, next time if the guest arrived early hopefully they can give them a chance to check-in early because it helps a lot for us/them to leave our things and luggages to the room. Of course during vacation all our days are counting very special so instead of going aroung the City or go shopping or have lunch, we need to wait before 15:00 the check-in time. So please just a suggestion, if you have a guest that is a foreigner from another country maybe you can give them a consideration to check-in early if they arrived before 15:00 because we really really appreciate your kind consideration to us specially for the guest who travel from far places. Like us as what I said we travel early from Osaka to Fukuoka and we need time to rest and eat. But since we are not able check-in before 15:00 we need to wait more than an hour or almost 2 hours. Hopefully your admin or the owner will give a kind consideration to your foreigner guest. But the place and room is highly recommended. I love and my family to stay here again if we have a chance to visit Fukuoka again. Thank you.
