The hotel is very well located in the center of the city. You can enjoy walking around both Tenjin and Hakata area. Easy check-in and check-out. However, I don't know why but the pin number for the door lock didn't work at first, so I called them and they helped me very fast! Got me a new pin number and I could enter my room very quickly :) Definitely coming back again! Pd: Since there is no staff at the hotel, they won't let you store your luggage before your check-in or after your check-out

It was clean, but if I had to be picky it could have been cleaner.

very spacious space and clean rooms eventho unmanned hotel. Smooth check-in and check out. Accommodating for request to extend 1hr with minimal charge. Location is superb, a lot of resto, convenience stores, grocery, bus stops and malls nearby.

Nothing much except that cannot leave luggages becasue of unmanned hotel. But you can stay at the lobby after check out until our service arrived.

I thought that this hotel room was really spacious compared to the usual size of room you get in Japan. I'd rented it so me and my teenage daughter could celebrate her birthday, so it was nice to have the extra space like the big couch and the kitchen. Also the location is really good, so many restaurants just a stone's throw from the hotel.

It wasn't super clean. I'm definitely not a clean freak and am not fussy, but I just feel like they could have done a more thorough cleaning job before we entered our room.

Had everything I needed. Easy check in, spacious room for 1 person, mini fridge, microwave, quiet and slept well, beds were a little hard but still comfortable. The hotel had no frills or anything fancy, but definitely everything you could need! Oh and bonus points for a massage chair in the room that actually felt pretty good and helped the areas I was sore/ stiff.

I love that there is a massage chair inside the room. Also love that we can do our laundry. It’s a big help for travelers with children. Also love the location, it’s very convenient and just a few minutes to Canal City.

The bathroom was not as clean as I expected.

Near restaurants, convenient stores, bus stop. It also has a massager. Complete basic kitchen utensils and dish soap.

Toiletries are only for 1 night (i.e. toilet tissue) and towels are not changeable. It is also an unmanned hotel so leaving luggage is also not available tho they offer to leave it to their other hotel which is a 500m distance.

Location. Near Nakasu where you can see a lot of stuff nearby especially Yatai.

The machines to check-in manually. Just 3 unmanned machines as there are a lot of foreign tourists who don't know how to use themand it disrupted my check-in, even though I have already done the pre check-in.

Spacious room with a range of amenities like microwave. Walking distant to major shopping malls/district.

Booked 3 rooms but during check-in, only allocated 1 room. Have to call the call centre as it is an unmanned reception. Despite completing preregistration, personal info was still required during check-in. Wonder what was the purpose of preregistration? Check-in System needs upgrading!

Great location and price.

The bathroom was not clean. Additionally, there was an almost perfect square part in the center of the mirror that never fogged over after showering. It was odd and makes it seem like there’s something behind the mirror.

The location was great. It's a short walk away from Tenjin, the main shopping district which also has a lot of restaurants and bars. The room itself was also a very good size (I stayed with one other friend). There was even a couch, a fairly large TV, a massage chair, and small kitchenette. Additionally, the staff all spoke at least a little English, though I conversed with them mostly in Japanese myself. With my genius discount, it all came to 9000 yen (about 90 bucks USD) for 2 people for 2 nights. Well worth the cost.

This is not really a criticism with this hotel in particular, but with all Japanese hotels, that the beds are really hard. In this case however, it was really weird because one was really hard, while the other was really soft. The couch was somewhere in the middle. Also it would be nice if there were options for blankets, even just a throw sheet. There were only down comforters, which get REALLY hot, at least for me. Even after cranking the AC, I still couldn't really get comfortable, but I know this is a person to person thing. As for outside the room, it's a bit open to the elements, so at first glance it might seem just a little dirty, but inside the rooms are extremely nice.
