I booked non smoking room but that room like a smoking room because all over the room smoking smell

The property was in a reasonable location if you can drive. The room was large.
Staff were a little rude, and one made a mistake with our room, we booked and paid extra for a non smoking and they put us in a smokers room. We did complain and a kind staff member eventually changed our room.

Everything was fine, clean (apart from the kettle), friendly staff, delicious food & a great view from the restaurant at the top.
The kettle in the room smelt REALLY bad as if stale water had been left in there for a long time. Didn’t dare open it or use it.

The bed was comfortable, the room was a reasonable size and the price was good. The staff made it seem like a classy place.
The hotel is now quite dated, especially in the rooms. The bathroom was one of the smallest I’ve seen in Japan. The nearest convenience store was 280 meters from the hotel.
