This hotel is close to the train station and bus station as well. Everything about this hotel is close to perfect. All the facilities are new, clean and esthetic. The bath is separate from the toilet. The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff, Ayaka, is nice and friendly. She helped us with our luggage when we wanted to tour Kanazawa after check out. Breakfast was a treat- it was varied and mostly healthy. The shampoo, bath soap and conditioner that they offered was quite heavenly.

Somewhat on the pricey side. Housekeeping missed a little hairball in the bathroom but it wasn't that big of a deal for us. Everything still looked neat.

The proximity to the station was amazing! Super convenient. There was also a 7-11 close by, and a lot of shopping malls. The staff were also very kind, and the rooms were nice and spacious. I especially liked that there was a microwave! The Japanese style bathroom was also great - I used the bathtub several times throughout my stay. We also received a coupon for some of the restaurants in the complex attached to the hotel, which was very convenient.

Great hotel, nice, new, well equipped with large rooms (not a given in Japan) Localization close to the railway station and then in front of several malls is very convenient and makes everything easy. Amenities in the room were great and ice+ water supply at each level with reusable bottles proposed with the romm makes is great and responsible.

Breafast was not great in the location (not that much choice) second morning we took it in the room and "just" bought stuff at the bakers in front of hotel. This was really great ;-)

It’s a perfect place for a family! I love that it had a little kitchen with everything you need. The beds were so comfortable and I loved that the pillows were down pillows. The shower and bath are really nice and I liked that the toilet was separate. I like that breakfast is both western and Japanese and you can eat outside. The longer is so nice and relaxing and I like that you have the option to sit at a couch or on the floor Japanese style.

- fully functional kitchen with good utensils and massive sink, equipped with washing stuff too (and dishwasher) + drip coffee machine and included coffee - suuuuuuuper close to station! and nearby shopping areas, some which we received coupons for - 10/10 Tv; big and able to chromecast netflix, prime etc - super cute lobby with areas to sit and cafe too - very good value for the price we got it for!!!!

Clean, modern, spacious, comfy bed and bedding,BBC world, staff were friendly and efficient.

Breakfast could have been hotter. ABC News Australia was t working on TV. Great stay overall! Would recommend and stay again.

I like the size of the room which is bigger than any hotel room I have stayed in Japan. The hospitaly of the hotel was super good too as they have prepared all beds for my family (even without my request). I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

Nothing that I can think of

Great location, 1 min from shopping and 2min from Kanazawa station, with cover. Spacious room even after adding an additional bed and pulling out the sofa bed to fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). Facilities are very new.

Breakfast selection is a bit disappointing.

The location is reaaaally good, right next to Kanazawa Station! We traveled in a group of 3, and we found the room very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast features a modest number of Western & Japanese menus. I personally love the runny-ish scrambled eggs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kanazawa.

Poor quality buffet breakfast with little variation between days. Umbrella broke easily from wind during a rainy day. The buffet breakfast Indian guy had difficulty understanding me telling him breakfast for two. I had to repeat myself three times.
