The room was spacious: had an entryway, closet, large bathroom, and large bedroom with table and chairs. Plenty of amenities, free ramen every night, free ice cream in the afternoon and evenings, free laundry washing (drying cost 100 yen/20 minutes), ample vending machines, good massage rates, great breakfast buffet, and a wonderful staff. Great onsen facilities as well on the roof. Very spacious. And the cost was fairly inexpensive.

The onsen facilities were incredibly busy all the time. The rooms were very dormitory-esque in that they're not terribly fancy, but well-maintained. Also, I needed an extra pillow, and the bean pillow was like sleeping on a rock. And I'm not sure, but it seems like daily maid service costs extra unless you stay 2+ nights.

1. Hot Spring is excellent. With outdoor hotspring is an unexpected bonus. It also give u extra happiness to provide you free ice-cream, and refreshment of a hot soup noddle (also free of charge). 2. The massage service is very good, in good price. 3. Extremely comfortable bed. 4. Very clean room and all facilities. 5. Warm and polite staffs. 6.Good location of 3 min walk to JR station/ bus station. 7. Good security. 8. Hotel Guests are goid as well.

Their after hot bath treats is super great. Free ice cream, comics and coffee. If you don’t like free stuff. They have vending machine of cold milk and other drinks too. Their breakfast is must-try too. Japanese breakfast with marinated salmon. Oh, and don’t forget their infamous Yonaki Soba that serve only at night as supper. What a devil 😆

You may find some dark corner dusty, but why would you go to dark corner, would you?

Next to the train station. Great free udon soup at night (if you miss it you can ask for instant noodles). The room isn't modern but it's big enough and comfortable. You can see how crowded the spa is from your TV. Sadly I didn't have to go. They have good and very affordable massages on the last floor.

Every corner of the room is wisely designed and can be used. Very practical. Onsen /free ramen / towels change only arrangements are efficient and with heart. Easy access from Kanazawa station to hotel through the only and big department stores FORUS. You won't lose way. The second time we stayed here. It always reminds us of the happy stay in the city. Everything else was great. Very value for money and THE BREAKFAST. OMG. Also onsen. Also.. free ice cream and half Ramen.

Most of the staff that checked us in and out was great. Except one of them that was grouchy when we first arrived.

The hotel was more comfy for a budget hotel than I expected. The natural hot spring was amazing, and the hotel is also just a few-minute walk from Kanazawa Station.

The hotel imposes hot spring tax, which was mandatory for all hotels in Kanazawa. There is also no direct sheltered walkway to Kanazawa Station, so you need an umbrella when it rains.

Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed hot spring facility. Breakfast was storage excellent. Excellent location, close to the station and convenient for shopping the necessities. Affordable!

It’s walking distance to the station. There’s an onsen of decent size. Free coffee and ice lollipop available all day. Free laundry. It also has a complimentary ramen for supper at 9:30pm. It’s a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The free ramen snack is one of the best that I have tasted. All the staff were exceptionally courteous. One of the night reception staff even went to the storeroom to pick up and deliver to us 2 extra pillows when I asked for them.
