The location is right at the A3 exit of Kanazawa station. Perfect. Walking distance to many tourist spots too. The hotel room size was also generous. The breakfast was sumptuous and was good to last for our Shinkansen ride to Tokyo. I highly recommend this hotel.

It didn't have a spa but the only consolation was the tub in the room..

We stayed at this hotel the last time we were in Kanazawa and this time our room was even better! It was quite large and spacious. The size helps when you want to just unwind and relax at the end of the day. It is an exceptional value for the price we paid. We also really enjoyed the breakfast "buffet." You order your main meal from a server, then go to the buffet bar to help yourself with other items. The food at this hotel is exceptional! We will gladly stay here again!

Next to Kanazawa station so the location couldn’t be better. Quite spacious & comfortable room for solo traveller and good view looking at the station. Very helpful staff even though they speak little English just enough to communicate with me. The coffee/tea making machine in the room was also convenient.

The room feels somewhat dated. The TV is really small (I think it was 24-inch). The laundry service was expensive.

location is very convenient. just next to the station and major bus stops in town. room is spacious. there is a foyer area to put your shoes too. reasonable price. very nice bathroom with a bubble hot bath tub. nice view as the hotel staff is kind enough to put us in the top floor. also, the room is close to an elevator so my mom doesn’t need to walk very far.

bed is too soft so we couldn’t sleep well and got up with a sore back.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic!!! It is located just outside the main exit to your left. Very easy walking - about two minutes or less. Although not luxurious, our room was quite large and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delight! We ordered the main dish at our table, then went through the buffet line to get additional items. We would definitely stay at this facility again.

The hotel is beside the station and near to mall , easy to access. Large and clean room with bath tub. Strong Wifi, comfort bed and fluffy blanket. With coffee machine make it another plus.

The air-conditioner is center-control, thus no air-con,so have to open window during winter. Not big issue.

Excellent facilities and a very nice breakfast. The hotel has a modern feel about it and couldn't be more convenient to the train station. They have a large underground parking lot and happily let us keep our bikes there while we stayed.

Had to walk a bit for a plain meal. Everything around hotel is a bit over priced and fancy

Our room had enough space to walk, lay out 2 suitcases and had a small sofa. The bathroom was well lit and had room to move about. The hotel is a very short walk away and there is a mall between us. Lots of places to eat. Staff was friendly throughout and helped us ship our suitcases to Tokyo.

We couldn’t figure out how to adjust the AC. The room was a little warm.

Large and very well-equipped room, with comfy beds. The bathroom is a bit dated but in good state of maintenance and spotless, the whirlpool is a nice plus. Good breakfast and, overall, really good value for money. Very quiet as well.

The closeness to JR Kanazawa Station is very useful for those who need to catch connecting rail or bus on their forward journey, as it about 2 mins walk to the hotel. The room is bigger than my expectation with adequate bath facilities. Staff very professional and helpful with luggage storage and efficient check-in processes. Also, within 15 mins of walking distance to major sights.
