Huge , comfortable room, possibility to use spa for free and pool ( with extra charge, make sure you take something more covering than bikini). Next to the train station and well located if you're planing to go to osaka or explore bamboo forest or golden temple.

It's a bit further away from Kyoto station or gion district. You can take a train ( super easy ) but it's not a part of the metro system so your subway day pass won't work. It's a small disadvantage though.

The only thing I can complain about is they don’t have laundry room inside the hotel. Little bit far from the central but it’s next to train and bus station, 711 just down stair, the room is quite big compared to others, gym, spa, onsen. Everything you need is this hotel 9.5/10

I was really confused at first, because when trying to find this place, it seemed that there is also a training gym connected? However, after getting to the room... it was SO nice and spacious, compared to what I've experienced here in Japan. The location is great as well! There was a hot spring bath, but unfortunately I had no time to enjoy it.

The hostel was really great, good location, a clean room and a nice counter service. The 7/11 downstairs is really convenient and huge, you’ll be able to find everything you need !

I didn’t know that they were going to enter the room to clean because usually hostel ask before doing this, maybe they should warn us.

great location, good to hv a big seven eleven first floor. everything clean and new. only problem was haveing a construction/reform in the building. windows were blocked and some noise during the day.

I was charged taxes, I thought this was included on Booking.com? This didn't Hadrian in other hotels, the swimming pool and gym are not part of the hotel and need to pay extra

Clean hotel in a good location. 24 hrs convenience store and free onsen. Many food choice around the area. Recommended!

No in house smoking area. But not a problem for non smokers. No other dislikes. Maybe make the swimming pool and gym free for guest would be good.

Comfy and large room. Love that we get to use the spa! It was also super convenient that 7-Eleven was just downstairs! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

I wish the spa was open for longer and open on weekends!

Fine place, excellent value for money during my stay, comfortable room and bed, friendly staff. Onsen in this house is public, open to local people, very authentic. Hotel is well connected to public transport.
