Hiroshima Airport Hotel

For an airport hotel good value for money (unlike IBIS Manchester). This is a very nice hotel, right on the edge of the airport carpark. Tea, coffee, toothbrushes and razors provided. They do transfers but tbh you can walk to the terminal in under 10 mins. The room was well appointed. I had a view over the airport but you could hardly hear the flights. The breakfast is excellent and early from 6am. The hotel is right next to a Japanese formal garden and a lake which are well worth exploring and restful.

Really close to the airport but still had the opportunity to visit fabulous gardens less than 5 minutes walk away. I stayed in a single room which had a small double bed. Excellent WiFi. Free toothbrush and other toiletries. Free coffee and tea and a great little 'shop' to purchase cup noodles if you didn't want to spend big on restaurant food. I caught the free shuttle to the airport as it was raining but it's less than a 10 minute walk away.

It was all good.

Great location, 5 minutes walking from Hiroshima airport. Free airport shuttle. Amazing breakfast buffet. Clean. Good wifi. Fridge and hot water kettle in the room. Good size room, comfy bed. Very friendly staff. Free toiletries. Near a park, if you want to kill time. Quiet, even if it’s next to the airport.

It is my 2nd time at this airport hotel. It is more than an airport hotel. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly. More than an average hotel. It feels very very good to come here.

They remembered me as a person, and tailored the experience to my needs. I was really surprised they went over and beyond.

It is a very nice place. It is very easy to access the airport from there, they offer a free shuttle from and to the airport (it’s 500 meters anyway, but it is nice when you have luggages), that can be called directly or from the information point of the airport. It is possible to check out before the airport opens. The restaurant is very nice.

Great place if you need to catch a flight early in the next morning' You could even walk there as it is a 2min walk, but the front usually ask you about your departure time and inform you of the special commuting bus. The breakfast, for once in hotels of this price range, was definitely worth it'

I love it! 5 minutes from the airport and with a great garden view, decor, breakfast and staff. Rooms are a great size. I definitely recommend it! It is perfect for the first night when you get from a long flight!

The hotel is slightly dated but the service was very good. Staff helpful and polite. Rooms very good size and the hotel in general very spacious. Good facilities. Breakfast was good if not lacking slightly in selection of food. Overall a pleasant hotel.

Location is great, and couldn’t be beaten for airport access! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the airport shuttle was super convenient. We were going to the hotel after the airport limousine bus stopped running, and they were able to send a taxi for us to the nearest station (which is otherwise in the middle of nowhere, so no chance to flag a taxi down) - an absolute lifesaver!

When we went to check out (at 6:40am, when the hotel’s shuttle bus starts running), nobody was at the reception desk. There was no bell to ring, and calling out didn’t work. Luckily, an old Japanese man came down to check out as well, and angrily went to the restaurant to get someone. If staff leave their post, a way to alert them would be nice.
