The hotel is at the outskirts of the Hisaya Odori and a five-minutes walk from the Mirai Tower. The hotel has a coffee bar and restaurant next to the lobby. You get a coupon for free coffee and breakfast is also available. (You can also opt for room service.) Rooms are quite small but well designed. Bathroom is compact and has all amenities that are necessary. Staff is really friendly. They will help you if you need assistance. The hotel is also a short walk away from the Science Museum and the Modern Art Museum. Subway is nearby. A 10 minutes stroll takes you to Nagoya Castle.

Breakfast consist of a toasted sandwich and a salad (with chips). Although very tasty it's a bit much.

The included breakfast was super yummy and the size of the room was great for value!! Spacious and comfortable and the amenities were also great. Especially enjoyed the small outdoor onsen (: The lady at the front desk reception was also super helpful and kind when we asked for information about transporting our luggage via local transportation company even though we did not use it in the end.

The station is a tad far of a walk especially if you are carrying multiple suitcases and you have to look around for the elevator exit.

I liked that the hotel was able to accommodate us when one family member was unable to attend at the last moment due to a death in the family. I also liked how our room had space to accommodate our stroller and that there was room for my kids to play. The room was clean and they cleaned it every day. The toilet and bath were quite modern and nice. My son liked the auto toilet seat lifting and night light. I enjoyed the location next to a park and close to some shopping and that things were clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and my kids liked the toasted red bean sandwich. Free popsicles outside of the public bath was nice too.

The breakfast was quite expensive for what was included. Also, they were only able to provide 1 adult breakfast even though we had reserved for 3 adults (1 adult had to cancel last minute). I still would have expected to have been able to at least purchase an additional breakfast.

The location was wonderful. The private bathroom in the room was amazing and very well designed. And the public onsen was very nice too. They even had free mini popsicles for guests in the common area outside the onsen next to the vending machines. We arrived early and they held our bags till our check-in for us while we explored the area.

The attached restaurant was beautiful but I didn't really enjoy the food very much. They also gave us a free coffee ticket but it was only usable in the evening for some reason and we were only staying one night so we couldn't use it in the morning. I found that a little weird.

This hotel is fantastic in every sense. The aesthetic of the entryway, the friendly and attentive staff at the front desk, the rooms are so clean and spacious, so many amenities, the water in the shower is relaxing, and the bed was so comfortable after a night of walking. The location is so close to the train station. We stayed as we were going to Ghibli Park, and this was a great stay. So affordable, feels luxurious while not hurting your wallet. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you want to feel relaxed.

Perhaps if the free drink offer was for a more open window, we would’ve used the voucher.

The room was simple and clean, maybe a little small. The onsen on the roof is a plus. The staff spoke English and were very helpful.

The check-in process and advance payment needs to be completed before entering the elevator and going in the room. Only part of the automated check-in process is translated into English, which makes the process difficult to complete for non-locals, especially the payment part. The coin laundries on the last floor require a code to be opened and guests seem to keep their washing in for several hours, making it very difficult for other guests to use them.

Hotel experience was generally good, rooms booked were spacious as I booked the twin rooms, view was good, overlooking the park. Staff were very helpful in booking taxis and helping us with extra pillows. The public baths were small but good for relaxing.

The smell in the lobby, as the cafe was located right beside the lobby, there was a constant smoky smell in the lobby. Perhaps an air filter of sorts could be added, as the smell can be choking for people with sensitive respiratory systems.

Modern, spacious room. Shower works well, though quite a small and cramped bathroom. Loved the public bath (men’s and women’s separate) - we had each to ourselves when we went.

Location is quite far out of the main areas of Nagoya, though walking distance from Nagoya Castle. Small and cramped bathroom with very low ceiling - all works well but a bit claustrophobic. Not totally soundproof and could hear banging doors etc. from other rooms.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. With an ensuite bathroom, there's not much to complain about with facilities; but the property additionally had an onsen which I did not find the time to go to. They also had a cafe on the ground floor. Room was small, though cleaned and noticed no issues at all. Everything was provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc) The location being down a block from donki and a little further to the Nagoya Station was fine too.

Located fairly close to the main streets of Sakae, this hotel was probably the most impressive of the excellent hotels we stayed at in Japan. The room was fairly large and clean as expected, and the hotel had full amenities including washer dryer combo coin laundry machines. The best part of the stay would probably be the access to the public baths on the top floor. Will be keeping an eye out for other hotel androoms branches after this.
