The location was close to Sakae shopping and the Nagoya tower. And there was a ramen shop across the street that was open when others were closed for the New Year holidays, so it was helpful.

The room was a bit on the small side, nevertheless it didn’t take away from the comfort or the nice amenities. The buffet breakfast (extra fee) was short on the offerings. First time I was warned that there is a large group staying. Second time, I don’t know why. We went around 8am. But they had what I wanted to eat and the convenience was worth it on those days.

Its close to everything. Just a few minute walk to shopping centers, train station, restaurants and its so accessible. Its our second time to stay here. If we come back to nagoya, we will still choose to stay in this hotel.

I remember before the water in the hotel is safe to drink but now, the staff said its not safe to drink.Im wondering why this time its not when someone told me that tap water in japan is safe to drink.

Stayed during the F1 Grand Prix. The location is close to the subway, and restaurants , daily necessities stores are also nearby. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean. there's free laundry and dryer which means you don't need to carry to much clothes . However, the location is located in a nightlife area, which may not be suitable for family travelers.

The cleaned areas are all clean, but there are still places where dust accumulates, such as on the bathroom curtains, which have a little bit musty smell.

The room is being cleaned every morning, relaxing and serene, We have a good sleep nightly. Accessible to train stations and walking distance to OASIS 21 bus station to the Airport. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful, I gave them excellent score : ). I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on my next visit to Japan.

Staff is really nice and helpful. They recommended us a restaurant near the hotel and helped us to recover a lost item and post it to another city really fast.

Super small room, beds are not soft. Breakfast is expensive and poor. It would be useful to have people who can really communicate in another language than Japanese. The hotel is situated in an area full of clubs, which is not specified in the directions. It's noisy at night and there are drunk and suspicious people around.

The hotel is in a great location in the Sakae area, close to many attractions, restaurants and bars. The reception staff were very helpful and made interactions easy with simple Japanese. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was bright and modern and the breakfast had good options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is big for my family and very good location too minutes walk to see Nagoya tower but I just find the area too many young ones at night ( drinking and smoking in the streets ). Very near the shopping area (malls) and Don Quijote. A few minutes walk.

The only thing i don't like about the propert is their laundry service. You can't leave your laundry there and be back to get it ( I didn't notice that there is a security button or input a passcode)

Clean room with relatively more space. Nice staff. Quite close to Exit 1 of Sakae subway station. If you are with big luggage, you may use the escalator of Oasis 21, which is still close to the hotel.

It was a bit noisy at night as it was so close to bars and restaurants, and people went smoking and chatting outside the restaurants.

The room is clean and quiet. The hotel is not too far from subway station.

The bathroom was a little smelly and the area is many clubs and bars but the noise is no problem but if you would like to stay at the nice atmosphere then this is not for you, but we only sleep and go out at day time so there's no problem for us.

Room was great, small but functional and modern. Staff were friendly, and whilst the location was central.

Whilst the location was central, it was directly across the road from karaoke bars where patrons were loud and rowdy till the early hours. No issue if you are a deep sleeper, otherwise bring earplugs.
