Toyoko Inn Chubu International Airport No1

The hotel is near the airport and Aichi Expo, so it is very convenient for me to come by plane and go to the site. Also the interior is quite good, with a rather large lobby and free breakfast, and the room is equipped with more things than I needed. The staff can offer English service, and there are guidances in English.

It is a little bit noisy. Sound from neighboring rooms can be heard, and I was waken up by some noise early in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and polite! The location of the motel is very close to the airport (even though it also has a shuttle bus)! The free luggage locker room at the front of the motel is very useful.

The breakfast was good and the selection of different foods was fair but the drinks available was limited. Also, forget about privacy eating breakfast, which is eaten along with scores of other guests with no partitioning between groups.

Close to the airport

Receptionist a bit too cold and did not explain so well the check out time. We thought it was 11:00 like everywhere else in Japan instead they phoned us at 10:00 in the room telling us that we had to pay 1000 ¥ extra to stay till 11:00. Also breakfast was disgusting. The eggs probably from powder were so dry and spongy. The rest was a bit too poor.

Well positioned by the airport, clean room, quiet despite runway proximity. The staff was helpful, breakfast was nicely varied. The bed was comfortable, to my taste at least.

Some features of the room may start to be a little bit aged, though every thing is kept very clean and in perfectly working condition.

I like the breakfast, it was very delicious and it was close to the airport. It was a very easy transition to the airport and very easy to find.

Typically Japanese hotels are like shoeboxes. It was very difficult to find where the shuttle for the hotel was. I had to walk to the hotel although it wasnt far.

Very convenient next to the airport, only about 10 mins. away on foot.

Outside of taxiing, the only public transport to and from the airport is a special train and then walking. Maybe not the most convenient for people traveling with a lot of luggage, but…

Check in was easy, the room was clean.

We were fairly far from the elevator but all night long you could here the bell that sounded when it stopped at a floor.

Very clean and cozy.

There was a Japanese style breakfast (no fruits and lots of natto), so I didn't enjoy much. But, considering the price and location, it was ok.

Just across the airport and around 30 minutes away from the city center.

Room cleaning can be more frequent.

Unbeatable location and price. We even had free breakfast! I've stayed in capsule hotels or hostels that cost the same. Definitely a bargain!
