The hotel is very nice and comfortable! There was a mirror in my room that doubled as a tablet where you can see if the restaurant is congested, watch YouTube, order room service, check out later, etc. It's very useful. It's nice that they don't charge extra for room service and the options are good, and I like that last order is at 10pm. The area has a lot of taxis driving by slowly so it was easy for me to hail them down when I needed. The pool is aesthetically pleasing. Just be wary that the hotel across the street has windows at eye level; when I was there an older gentleman kept opening his curtains and waving lol I also like that the pool is open until 11pm. My room was very cozy and the area around the hotel is very peaceful.

The meals are kind of expensive for their quality. The pool is really cool but only when it's not full. Also, charging 1800 per day to use the pool is probably useful to avoid congestion but it's hard if you don't want to spend that much. I think the sauna should be a separate charge because not everyone may want to use it. The beds and pillows are a little hard. The couch in the room was more comfortable lol The elevators also take a long time so be sure to not leave anywhere in a rush. Lastly, the area is 15 min walking to the closest station so be prepared to walk a little.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location in Naha itself. This hotel is more convenient to get to via car than public transport. Do note that parking is via the car lift where the staff there will be ready to help you with the parking process. The room we got was quite big for a Twin room, so much so that we got plenty of space to open up our luggages. The corridors of the hotel rooms area is open to the wind so do becareful when you are there. Lastly, the staff are very nice and helpful with our check-ins, the lift parking process and more.

We realised that the aircon airflow blade is slightly dirty and we had to wipe them abit to make it look cleaner than before. Apart from that, the aircon works fine..

Very modern hotel, great rooms and really friendly staff. There is a supermarket a couple of blocks away and free bike use.

It's a walk to all the transport stops, only 10 minutes flat so that's easy enough but meant it was a £10 taxi ride each way to the airport. Whilst it said there was a charge for the pool, charging per day makes it an expensive treat, the same with breakfast. If these had been included in the price of the stay I'd have given this a 10 rating.

The localization is very good and I had a parking for free… The supervisor in the check in was very kind and thoughtful…

It was two things 1) My partner felt a little smell from the bed (she could advise me and I could complain but I guess she didn’t want to bother); 2) The pool has a separate fee that I could see when I was booking there…

Great service and excellent rooms. Facilities were outstanding. The team were accommodating and attentive and service was great. Rooftop pool was a great way to unwind after a big day. I will be staying here again when I am in Naha again.

The rooms, facilities and service exceeded what my expectations were, and I very much enjoyed my stay. I think that you could look at not charging staying guests for the use of the pool despite the nominal fee.

Good breakfast, friendly, courteous staff. Room was quiet. Really enjoyed the loft.

Room was a little hot, but was more comfortable the 2nd night when I pulled the duvet filling out and used the duvet cover as a blanket.

Breakfast was delicious- the buffet breakfast was great with a choice of western or Japanese style meal- loved it. Location was about a 10 minute walk from the monorail and the free bike rental was perfect for getting around. Room simple and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located near the airport, with some convenience store around, within 15mins walk to rail station and the beach at one of the most popular shrine the Naminoue shrine(波上宮). Rooms are very quiet, we were not disturbed by noice while we stay. The hotel provides bicycle rental which is great if you'd like to visit nearby sights Breakfast is great, though not with the most variety it comes in great quality, from western style to the most local Japanese style, nice coffee and juice, money well-spent, one of my brother dined there every-single-day during our stay.

They do not have a room with double beds, which was an inconvenience to me and my girlfriend, though the beds can be easily moved, we decided to snuggle in one of them. Television only has five domestic channels which are completely ignored while we stay, it would be a lot more enjoyable if guest had access to smart TVs, which provides Netflix or YouTube. You need to pay extra to access swimming pool and saunas. Which, became one of the very reason why we didn't swim there.

Rooms are spacious and bed is extremely comfortable. Pool and sauna facilities were fantastic. Good location, a short drive to the main shops.

It was not disclosed anywhere when booking that the pool and sauna facilities cost an extra 1800yen per person per night. As the first 3 photos to promote hotel are of these facilities, we felt slightly mislead when we were told at check-in of additional costs. Facilities were lovely though, just wish it was made clear from booking.

- super helpful staff! Helped us deal with issues brought on by the typhoon - cute restaurant! A saviour during typhoon - the hotel had a very nice pool (nice but expensive) - comfy room and a nice little sofa!

- the weather led to the hotel asking us to keep room at 26 degrees (C) which was way too warm for the weather - bathroom did omit some odd smells - aircon leaked … had to use a cup to catch drips
