-the style of the hotel is fashionable. -free drinks and coffee in lobby. -wasn’t a large room but enough for 2 people with two 20inch suitcases. -hot water temperature was awesome.

-10 minutes walk from the nearest monorail station wasn’t very far away but under the summer weather was kind of tiring. -No bottle water in the room. but if you got bottles or stuff you can get water at lobby. there’s a water server.

The location is great! Across the hotel is a 7-11 which is very convenient in buying food and withdrawing money. The room is a bit bigger than most Japanese hotels and it's very clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

extra pillow will cost you Y200 for the duration of your stay.

Overall we had a very good stay. What you see in the pictures is what you get. No surprises. The toilet is separated from the shower room so that's very convenient. Our package did not include daily cleaning and it was fine. Preferable actually. But they do provide daily clean towels. Although I don't think it's necessary to change towels every day. Location wise, it's a bit of a walk to/from the monorail (over 10 minutes) but it's not that bad. We actually walked almost every day (over 20 minutes) towards Kokusaidori street since that was our tours' meeting place.

Interesting design (concrete), very clean, comfortable bathroom. Very close to the shops (Lawson, 7 eeven) Very tasty soup on the breakfast ( you can choose from 6 kinds) available till 14.30! Several minutes from Motorail, close to shosp and restaurants Coffee available all day.

Sometimes wifi was poor (but not all time). Lack of translation on English how to use pilot to air conditioner ( and other tools)

The room was very beautiful, modern and stylish and all of the necessary amenities were provided. The location is very convenient - close to the mono rail station and just next to a 7-11. The staff is very friendly and we found the offered breakfast super tasty.

There was a bit of a dust on the shelf behind the bed.

Clean space, very kind staff. The hotel is extremely close to a konbini (just across the street) and the parking space is also close by. We stayed with friends, so it was great that the shower and bathroom were on separate points of the room, so we could easily use both at the same time. Nothing spectacular or high luxury, but a very comfortable stay, and the value for price was great, considering how cheap accommodation was.

All five of us got initially lost trying to find the room, despite the indications - it wasn't too hard to find in the end, but confusing at first. Purely aesthetic thing, but the walls being grey cement inside the room felt a little suffocating to several of us.

Location, location, location! Lotsa things within walking distance. Appreciated the balcony, the separate bathroom and toilet, the selection of complimentary refreshments in the lobby and that the staff was always helpful. Also, there is easy parking for those who choose to drive.

Sorry, I cannot think of anything I did not like.

If you're not looking to a resort or a swimming pool, then Naha West İnn is the best choice. For it's perfectly easy location, spacious rooms and balcony. Affordable, kind staff, clean and 10 mints by walk to the beach.

The breakfast could be more full of options. I couldn't eat soba, rice, miso soup in the morning.

Hotel is really good for our family stay. It is very clean and staff are friendly. It Located in a quiet area with 7-11 just across the street, very comfortable and space is generous. Juice and coffee in the lobby are free. Hotel charges Y1,100 per day which is acceptable. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for everyone from solo traveller to couples and families.

I liked everything this hotel has to offer.

The hotel is in a good location. The metro is within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a very tasty Japanese-style breakfast. For us, the hotel was a good choice.
